About to pull the engine on my 96 to do a complete reseal and heads and cam. I sure would like to find some gt40p heads for a 100 bucks lol

What has been done to transmission, to improve shifting??

I used Fairbanks 23007 street/strip settings. DO NOT USE COMPETITION on the stock transmission unless you want to buy a new transmission, speaking from experience. It split the one way diode, and the forward clutch drum in two.

@@michaelwall784 Thanks for your reply. Just this week installed JBA headers,exhaust, hi flow cat, comp cam, and GT40 heads with upgraded springs, new valves, the works. But as you know the stock E40D is a dog with power adders. My truck is a 92 so it is speed density. Do you have any experience with the punisher valve body?
