Он упал и остался лежать там , в болоте,продолжая сжимать в руках своё оружие , а без него , над ним проходили годы , десятки лет. Солнце выбелило его кости,ржавчина съела автомат, а он продолжал защищать Родину и всех кто жил и живёт здесь, на земле за которую он отдал свою жизнь . Большое и правильное дело вы делаете .

На самом деле, они все знали что скорее всего погибнут. В основном не знали точного дня. А иногда и знали, когда перед боем понимали , что это последние десятки минут или меньше. ООН до сих пор не может создать формулу, по которой не было бы новых войн между странами. Или без войн убивая людям друг друга жизнь не возможна???

Being an old USN Sailor we knew that death at sea would leave a family bereaved and wondering without a body to put to rest. But this is beyond words to be able to return those who just followed orders and sacrificed all to the meat grinder of war and politics. Just everyday people on both sides that now can be given the dignity of a proper resting spot and a place for their families to pay respects. God bless you people for honoring these heroic men.

Посмотрел несколько ваших и выпусков и ужаснулся, 100 лет уже скоро пройдёт с тех дней, все лежит прямо на поверхности, но Наша власть вспоминает только на 9е мая про героев, говорят громкие слова - а ребята как лежали не в могилах, пропавшие без вести так и лежат - только благодаря таким людям как вы что то движется, но Господи, как бездушно мы живем, давным давно можно было хотя бы большую часть найти, опознать и достойно захоронить ! Бог вам в помощь господа !

@StēvíēZērœ you don't understand the stakes of that war for Russians. German victory meant slavery, genocide and death of tens of millions of Slavs. Soviet soldiers knew that, as Nazis started to kill mercilessly not only prisoners of war, but also civilians right after the invasion. Someone's else interests, what a nonsense. Our souldiers perfectly knew was they fight for - survival and freedom of their families.

@StēvíēZērœ yes, some of that do it, it is a war. But those who do that were severely punished by the Soviet government. While Nazis do not care about civilians et all. Do you know, that Germans enslaved and killed millions of Soviet citizens? Do you know, that USSR lost more civilians than soldiers? The purpose of the war for Germans was to to capture our recourses, enslave and kill citizens of USSR - look at plan Ost for the reference. If only Soviet soldiers were equal to Nazis, East Germany would become a desert.

@StēvíēZērœ really? Nazis came and 15 millions of Soviet people died - much more than communists have killed. Believe me or not, but not Lenin, nor Stalin had planned and committed genocide and murder of literally millions of people. Yes, there weren't angels, they committed plenty of atrocities. But genocide and enslavement - no. The one thing, you, Americans, could not understand that Russians battled willingly in that war and many others as we can't stand our land being invaded. And if you read what these soldiers wrote in their letters, you will see people who stood up and fought protecting their families and their native land. Last but not least, there were many dedicated communists who really believed in these ideas and fought for them too. Do you even realize, that to bury more than 9 millions of people laying in thousands miles is an impossible task? Yes, our state do to little for these Saints, but the task itself is gigantic.

Да, это у многих такое дело. Мой двоюродный дед в 20 лет, тоже пропал без вести. Был забран в легионеры. Потом по слуху свои же и убили. Могилка неизвестна. Самое страшное, что войны не прекращаются. Политики, которые раззвязывают войны не любят даже своих граждан. Будь они такие политики трижды прокляты- гадёныши, сволочи и подонки.

У меня прадед везучим был, один раз вызывал огонь на себя, после чудом выжил, хоть и сильно пострадал, лишился конечности около Берлина, после не смог пережить это и хотел забыть из за чего подсел на пиво и водку, в итоге спился в 1953, в возрасте 55 А так бы мог пожить, хотя не представляю каково было так жить в сороковых годах, при многих болезнях и травмах

А ведь и 76 лет назад там также пели птички. Царствие небесное нашим дедам!

Как же страшна действительность....рядом дорога (слышны машины), а солдат десятилетиями всеми забытый лежал....у него есть Имя...

Где то там лежит мой дед, рядовой Яков Иванович Носков 1905 г.р. уроженец г. Псков, пропавший без вести в 44 году. Вечная память всем погибшим за Родину.

He's been on duty long enough, thank you for bringing him home to rest.

It feels so surreal to think that many years ago a battle was going on right in that exact place, but now you can just listen to the birds singing and the distant sounds of cars as if it was always peaceful like that.

I watched your video through the next. That was when you were opening and identifying the soldiers from their Death Medallions. I was brought to tears when you connected with this soldiers daughter. My father served in WWII at the Battle of the Bulge. He was wounded there, spent many months in the hospital. He came home and my sister an myself were born. My name is Shelley April 6, 1951and my sister in 1949, only 4 1/2 years after he came home. What you and your group are doing is so important to these families. My dads best friend was in the battle of the bulge and Normandy. He was the coolest most fascinating guy to talk to when I was a kid. He had so much stuff he brought back. I wonder if him and your dad ever saw or met each other.

My father was there also, 5th Infantry received a bronze star for fighting in the Ardennes Forest.. never spoke of those times.. but I am positive he would be truly amazed! That these soldiers regardless of who they fought for.. were just simply left where they lay.. myself I'm truly amazed, and just like he would, I have a ton of admiration, for these individuals bringing their deaths to light!! P.S. stew looked pretty good, just needed some deer meat!👍

@@ashokiimc they were everywhere, the vets. Great guys, they never talked about the war. They just had a love for life and we're very protective family guys. Those were nice times, politicians were scared of them back then.

Just imagine the road you pass through on the side is a historical site and was once a war site where dozens of fallen soldiers died just for their country, only to find their remains years after. Imagine how lonely they were as they passed without seeing or give a last farewell to their families , and not knowing their families that, that would be the last time they'll see their sons or fathers alive.

It's as good as any other place to die. Getting eaten by sharks would be a good way for a sailor to go!

Thank you for your dedication and hard work recovering these soldiers, and for not allowing them to remain forgotten.

Rest in peace to all those who's remains have been uncovered here, and to all the other incredibly brave soldiers that were sadly killed fighting.

Я смотрю на вас слушаю, Мой Дед отступал НКВД пограничных войск, он один оставался и все рядом гибли как мухи, он был заговореный но от контузии нет . Как он выживал ума не приложу, у него была спец подготовка он один 10 солдат в окопе убивал он ударом лопатки рубил человека попалам.немцы были в шоке и падали в стопор.А слёзы из глаз текут ,я ведь внук и все разказы помню , Низкий вам поклон что души наших солдат хороните.

Yes, the same thing happened here in Spain, more than half a million people, the vast majority of whom were Republicans, were shot and thrown into mass graves or gutters, and despite the efforts of their families and many other people, they are barely beginning to recover their bodies. Due to the number of people who refuse, even now in 2020, to recover their bodies and return them to their families because they continue to think that the Franco regime was fine and that the Republicans who fought for freedom, including people from the international brigades in special from the USA, must remain in these conditions. What a shame I often feel living here for things like these.

@KingKatRider I disagree with you, don't you know that there are families searching for their's grandpas, sons, fathers or mothers death bodies to give them a proper burial? They don't seem to be only taking relics (if they are), they're classifying the bones and probably giving them to analyze and know from who are those bones.

They work for the government. Find those who were never found and try to find the identity of that person. In the end, those dead soldiers are buried like it's supposed to. Buried like heros.

@@lyubovgalantceva5682 и мой дед призывался в Усть-Ижоре, защищал Ленинград, без вести в мае 43-го. Последнее письмо еще в 42м,все залито чернилами. Только и разобрали.. Завтра идем в бой.. Дальше неясно. Откуда у бойца чернила? Мои предполагали, что военная цензура вычеркнула, где указано место боя. Жаль, что письмо не сохранилось. Сегодня наверно можно было бы определить что это, химический карандаш растекся, или чернила. А может и прочитать. Вечная память и благодарность всем павшим и живым ветеранам, сражавшимся за Родину.

Только им необходимо хорошего специалиста в команду. По каске определяют бойца, у итальянцев были такие же каски, внешнее очень похожие с клепками . Что если учесть возраст сколько она в земле то и не отличишь от СШ, горел медальен или нет его нельзя вскрывать после подьема , специалисты должны это делать с помощь специального раствора, если верхняя часть бумаги сгорела не факт что внутренняя тоже сгорела. Вообщем сидели бы вы лучше дома с такой помощью , или пошли в нормальный поисковый отряд.

As a soldier that fought in Vietnam in 1967 I salute you sir for finding this brave soul and give him the dignity and a burial with honor that he deserves. He gave everything for his country and I salute him. Thank you! I respect your work to bring them home with a name, he must never be forgotten!

My grandfather died near Leningrad 😭 Thank you so much for your work!! He was an ordinary young guy who wanted to go to university and study art and languages. But then war started, and he had to leave. He was a boy from the city, not used to hard physical exercise and harsh conditions. He never stood a chance to survive this 😢

A boy from the city? He had kids obviously. Thats more than most can say, that took part in this terrible conflict. That sad thing is- the people who should be having kids are the first to die gallantly.

Уважаю ребята , просматриваю вас часто , тоже участвовал вахте памяти , на Миус фронте под Таганрогом в районе села Рясное , вовремя войны здесь были страшные бои на реке Миус. Очень много солдат лежит ещё по степям и балкам , и вот опять рядом с нами идёт война.

Лично по такому лесу в конце 80х ходил. Пнул кочку а это скатка одеяло.... Вытащил щиток от максима из земли,а под ним позвоночник и рёбра... Пнул ботинок,а от туда кости... И всё это в радиусе 100 метров... Дело под Нарвой было. Синимяевские высоты.

Ребята, до слёз, а самое главное вы так бережно бойцов раскапываети, а то видал на других каналах, без всякого уважения, но как вы относитесь с честью это лучшее

Я не могу смотреть без слез на останки бойцов, я человек который очень почитает память о войне и побывавший в городе героев Сталинград! А значит нам нужна одна победа, одна на всех мы за ценой не поставим! Слава бойцам!

Война была страшная и много мы ещё не знаем, да и не узнаем. Но благодаря таким парням хоть некоторые странички открываются. Огромное вам человеческое спасибо!

As artifacts from that place in time are being recovered along with the remains of the people that last held them is ... just leaves one speechless. A canteen cup riddled with shrapnel, captures the moment of certain death to the person who owned it. I’m honored and humbled by these young people who are doing this work, while learning the impact that war has on its people, country and future generations. Victories can be claimed, but always at a great price.
