There is already a fixed price for the lots. The developer decided that price. The agents cannot sell the lot at their desired price. The agents earn from commission. They would like to sell the lot asap. But I don't know why there is a waiting list. It should be first come first serve. Basel might know the reason for the waiting list.

you are right its by ayala land, the area is very green , lots of places to walk and a much sought after housing development so most of the property there are in the hands of the owners but have not built houses . I believe Basel has a lawyer who advises him and he has many good and rich filipino friends who also advises him. If he was able to get to the process of owning a business in the philippines, then he knows what he is doing

Hi Basel! Pls check with Land Registration Authority if they're already allowing foreigners to buy land. As far as I know, they're only allowing foreigners who is married to Filipino citizens

I think Basel have already acquired Filipino citizenship because his been here in our country for almost 8 years, 2013 he arrived here as it was told in his vlog as what happen in his beloved Syria , acquisition of land of a foreigner is prohibited but their is an exception to that as long as the land is not a public land meaning government own land and also not a forest land ,

Alalahanin nio po na sa ibang bansa lalo na sa saudi, hindi makahiki o kahit makapagkaroon manlang ng negosyo ang mga Pilipino dahil mahogput ang batas nila. The lease is very expensive in Nuvali, it's better to buy under the name of a company. By the way I rent a house there and it's a very good area which is booming with upper class gated communities and best schools.

It's nice that you found your dream lot, Basel. But here's my advice, consult a lawyer first to work on your citizenship because foreigners cannot own land under our Constitution. Your ownership of that land can be contested (if ever you get that). Hopefully you'll get your Filipino citizenship first and that land:)) Keep safe and continue with your good deeds. Good luck!

He should marry his girlfriend to be able to own a lot. I think he mentioned that he is also applying for filipino citizenship. He only need to complete 8years straight in the Philippines as required by Phil Law.

This is a very beautiful place, I guess this is Ayala West Grove kasi lumampas sya sa may gate namin sa South Forbes and there's only two hilly Subdivision in that place near St. Benedict is Ayala West Grove and the other one I forgot the name. This place is near to the South Forbes Golf Course and the San Miguel Corp retreat housing.

Hi! Basel, I always watch your vlog. You really touch my heart, Everytime I saw you caring and giving help to those in need. God sees your heart. You have a heart of compassion, and love to the poor pilipino. I believed this is what God called you to do. This is your mission. Put God first in your life and he will continue providing your needs. Hope in Him, Trust Him. I believed He will do a miracles in your life and the desires to bring your family in the Philippines.
