Hi, I know you don't have time to read all the comments but I wanted to tell you 5 yrs ago I lost my daughter at age 26. I later found that pineapple poem on her Facebook today I was cutting up a pineapple and thinking of her then you found the poem twice I thought that awesome it made me smile. God Bless

That's a wonderful sign that your daughter gave you 🍍❤
I don’t mind stuff with condition issues. My husband has condition issues but I’m trying to be a pineapple. 😊

Höganäs ceramic is very popular here in Sweden, other 'ceramic brands' to be on the lookout for are Rörstrand and Gustavsberg. Lisa Larson worked with both Gustavsberg and Höganäs.
The patchwork blanket/sleeping bag is from the late 70s/early 80s

We had those when I was a kid. 70’s. Comfy bag. So your hands could stick out.
That ting is actually called a Comfa Bag... it was made in the 70's for curling up in front of a movie or watching a hockey game at the arena. If you arrange the snaps correctly the top half becomes like a jacket with arms and tje bottom snaps together with holes for your feet/boots to go through.
I recognized the sleeping bag from many pajama parties in the mid to late 70’s.

I have one
I can tell you a little about the Höganäs platter you purchased. Höganäs is a torn in Sweden and also a very popular ceramics and stoneware producer. This plate was commissioned by the Höganäs Guild (Gille) and it depicts a scene from a prayer panel painted in 1814 by Johannes Nilsson Halland.
You walked right by the black Kate Spade purse!!!
I really like your new intro. Sorry about your uneventful shopping today. However, Tagging along with you is always time well spent.
When you see thick, wooden cutting boards like that, look to see if it’s marked Boos Block. Those are pretty high end - $300+!
Cutting block looked like good quality. Pretty easy to sanitize with salt, lemons and mineral oil.
That quilt blanket thingy , I think, is what we had in the 80s....it snaps in places to create a sort of wearable blanket thingy. We got them for Christmas one Year.

I came here to see if anyone mentioned this! My friend had one. Pre Snuggie/Slanket
OMG that butcher block is amazing, and spendy. Just like the other lady said clean with half a lemon and salt. Let it dry well and use food grade mineral oil. Don't ever freshen any wooden cutting boards, bowls, plates, utensils with cooking oils because cooking oils will become rancid over time and can actually make you sick.
Happy Birthday, Jocelyn! 🥳
That quilted item that you found- the brown one is vintage. 70s version of the snuggie- you would snap up the bottom like a sleeping bag but the sides snapped down like open wing sleeves to keep you warm while sitting and 'doing'. We loved ours as kids in the 70s

Yesssss LOL. Still have mine
Höganäs is a really high quality stoneware and ceramics company. The Gille series is from the 1970s and includes plates, bowls, coffee cups and ceramic wine goblets.
At 20.54 the candle holder boat with people is Vintage MCM Candle Holder Laurids Lonberg Denmark.
I just thought I would share that at the eBay Open today several people in the sessions I attended mentioned you as one of their favorite KZread creators. And they each got several likes from other people who felt likewise. I hope you will be participating in the new eBay Live auctions.
Please pick up the New Mexico metal tray. I sold these state trays for school fund raising in the 60s. I grew up in New Mexico and have been trying to find that very one for years!!!
Jocelyn it’s actually Hoganas, Sweden. I think it might be closed down now, but my husband father was born there and they’re known for their ceramics! I have quite a few pieces but no platters.
The blanket/bedspread was called a snuggle sack [in my area any way] the snaps can be snapped to make it into a robe or like a sleeping bag. Made in the seventies most likely....
Did I see an Artesana Rinconada sheep on the figurine shelf qt the Frederick Goodwill? Time stamp 3:15
Happy Birthday, Jocelyn! Hope you had a great day!
Happy Birthday Jocelyn! Hope you are having a great one!
Glad you got the glass Pineapple saying with the Pineapple hooks. I think it will look charming in your farmhouse! Enjoy! [I texted that saying to my pal who grew up in HI and told her that was her to a T! She loved it!]
Square plate with whimsy folk is Danish by Whimblad. Once you had about 4 of his women with their hats open for flowers. Love his works

Happy birthday, Joey! I'll catch up to you in Nov. 🎉
I once loved Goodwill but the prices have gone up to retail or higher! I refuse to shop there anymore...
Höganäs Sweden is nice. «Gille» is the name of the pattern. The meaning is something like a guild.
My kid just told me " what the Pineapple symbles"?? Well new to me!!
I had that blue fruit bowl on my dining room table in 1986 …😂 Algy is dance costume and band uniform company from FL .
Jocelyn! I think those are Oiva Toikka Flora patterned glass footed dessert bowls by Iittala.!
The blanket with the snaps is made to wrap around you and put your arms through then snap. My aunt use to make them.
Follett pottery is made in North Louisian for years and has moved to another location.
My husband adores those Indy Glass console bowls. Thank God he doesn’t realize they come in plain colors as well as our carnival finished ones.
The sleeping bag was from the early 80’s. I had a bedspread of same material.

It's a Snug Sak. Great to use while watching TV on cold winter nights. Popular during the energy crisis. So they may be making a comeback this winter.
Happy Belated Birthday! 🍻 Nice find with the Raikes bear. My GW prices them @ $40-50. 😅
Michael Bublé crooning away, at about the halfway point… a connection from Canada! 💁🏻♀️🤗
Oh my beautiful friend Joce♥ If you ever sell that pineapple mirror, I am growing Pineapples in Michigan, I have 8 plants! I would love it! 🤗🧡🍍
My daughter turned 16 today(its the 22)
The small closh could be to display old pocket watch. I have my great grandfather's in one.
I love following the adventure that is your life! I hear what you are saying about chips that don’t show. Just remember that the chip may also compromise the ‘fabric’ of the clay or glass and you won’t know it until it breaks in transit. Keep on doing what you do!
That Tea for Two bowl was lovely; I’m so glad you got it. I would have to keep it for myself. Thank you for sharing your birthday with us. I hope it was a wonderful day!
Happy Birthday, Jocelyn!!! 🎉
Happy Birthday Jocelyn ! and many more ! My favorite find...the Raikes wooden bear, I love the face. Have fun !
I loved that Lenox pewter (?) bowl! Looked classy, unique, and versatile.❤

The butterfly meadow is such a beautiful pattern. I love Lenox😊
The orange flower dish was fun. Paint the chip with a dab of (orange nail polish), of which there is a huge variety right now, to color-match to it. If you sell it and reveal info of the repair/disguising of the chip, no problem. The vintage, late sixties-early seventies, quilt- looking sleeping bag would be an easy sell, in good condition, fifty-one hundred bucks. Felix-the-Cat clocks are vintage 80s and with his eyes move from side to side.
I’m pretty sure those were Iittala Oiva Toikka Footed dessert cups/bowls you passed up!
I found a Phil Morgan Seagrove crystalline face mug today! I have a lot of his miniature vases but I had no idea he'd ever done any face mugs!

Thank you for highlighting my comment. I liked the pilsner glasses. Hope you had a good time on your Birthday.
Green swirl Pyrex is the same set I bought for my first apartment in 2001. Not vintage.
Great shopping trip, nice finds
Happy Birthday!❤️
Happiest of Birthdays! You certainly have the standing tall like a pineapple down!
Those shelves are nicely organized. There is one Goodwill in Ne. Phila, but oh boy, that place is a mess! Hardly organized, they dump everything mixed on top of each other on the shelves. Terrible. A few years ago I promised to myself I am not going back, but I forgot. Only when I went back a week ago I remembered why I made that promise.
Happy birthday! Thanks for sharing all you do with us!
Happy Birthday Jocelyn!
I bought that same sewing cabinet in 1978 at the Singer store in Sacramento California No longer exist
Sleeping bags like those were popular in the 70'same for slumber parties. My mom bought mine at K mart.
Wow I just wish that the Goodwill where I live had the great finds that you have in your area! I still find myself flipping certain things over and peeling back the sticker just to have the “Jocelyn experience”. I pale in comparison! 😂. Thanks for all you do and love, love, love it!

Look into smaller thrift stores... I have a local super small thrit shop it's a complete honey hole... although I have found fire and light and glassy babys in goodwill and valuevillage/savers.
The sleeping bag was a TV lounge blanket. Zip to the waist, top folded down and snapped over your shoulder and your arms could be out . I had one!! I called it my snug sack, not sure if that was the real name.
Happy Birthday! 💐🧁🥳🍨🎈🎂
I started out with glass and pottery. I eventually moved away from it because of it being heavy and pain to ship for just a few dollars of profit. Those prices are insane too. Have you tried going to goodwill outlet? Glass goes for 50 cents a pound. Estate sales are great too. You wouldn’t believe how much gold & silver I have found in what was believed to be costume jewelry. High end costume jewelry can sell for a lot too. Clothing like jerseys, wool coats/sweaters and shoes are lighter and easy to ship. Most can go first class in a poly mailer. I earned the most with clothing. Now I mostly sell watches, jewelry, yarn (good $ if you find wool) and small small knick knacks. Glass is just a hard sell these days imo. Too heavy to ship and too much work for not much profit.
A chip underneath a piece doesn't bother me. The new owner can get an orange sharpie to cover it. 🧡😁 I would have scooped up that butcher block cutting board. They're very expensive. That was a solid piece of wood. It definitely could have been refinished.
Agree with previous comments regarding Höganäs ceramics! Still in business doing all sorts of stuff such as coffee mugs, tiles, large containers/jars and so on. Situated in Skåne, the most southern part of Sweden. Never seen a plate like yours. Helena Stockholm Sweden
Love your show.i tryed ebay gave up to many scammers. Gl...💖
Gentle sanding and a coat of cooking oil.
Happy Birthday🥳🎈🎉❤️
Happy Birthday 🎂 🥳
A plain window in resale/vintage store here in Michigan sells for 40 dollars and up. I'd say you did well.
10:22 youre thinking Flora , Oiva Toikka and yes they are real
I think Pillisnar glasses are stemmed (short-stemmed), while iced tea glasses are not.
That sewing thing is soo cool
You miss the fish behind the big plate bottom shelves
Heck yes to the shoes, happy birthday! You might end up with another little one lol! Enjoy your day dear
Happy birthday x
I have the monk book ends...dropped one and had to glue but don't resell..yet..You inspire me to start selling all my stuff.
Right behind where you picked up the creamer, there was some cream colored birds they looked old and I don't even think you saw them?
I want to take an old sewing machine case like the one you found and set a cooler flush in the cut out for the missing machine and use as a drink station when hosting family and friends…
I have the sleeping. It’s vintage
I love single book ends! Please consider them in the future!!!

Happy Belated Birthday! You are a wealth of knowledge for all of us! Thank you!
I finally have an iPhone and got the 13 pro max 512gb. Amazing phone! Pics and vids look like it’s from a pro camera.
The cloche over the candlestick holder is not original...that had a hurricane.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
I just love your videos they're so much fun to watch. I've been on hold for thrifting and it's the hardest thing I've ever done. I'm a huge thrifter I might give you a run for your money. Lol but my house is full I'm selling but slowly. Because I'm a bit burnt. But love watching yours I'm living vicariously through you.
