There's a clone of Agent S, he's the "clone leader" leading all the clones and in charge of the reactivator, that makes sense why that "Agent S" felt cold at the safe house, which is the same condition as M2. Also, that makes sense why back in Rebecca's video, Agent S is trying to save his hair for the "children in the hospital" (you know that a video 1 or 2 years ago, they used Rebecca's hair to create a clone for her.) That also explains why Agent R said, "Agent S" has been weird, suspicious, and not afraid of snakes anymore. He also had a band-aid on his arm to hide the barcode as a clone, if I'm not wrong. Agent S still wants all the power.
