Hi there I live in South Africa and grew up listening to your music. I knew most of the Irish, Scottish and English songs. Loved the music. Here in South Africa we all get together and sing all along together. I can sing in an Irish accent or a Scottish accent and often friends will have a good laugh. But I really love your music and songs. I listen to your music when I drive to work and when I go back home and sing along with the songs I know. so glad to be of Irish descent. I never got to meet my granddad who emigrated from Ireland in the late 1800s, and my dad died young, but growing up near NYC in the 50s I always identified with the Old Country.
