Forza Motorsport vs The Crew - Sebring International Raceway

The Crew 1 and 2 take place on giant maps of the US, featuring not only well known cities like New York or Los Angeles but also some representations of real world race tracks. The Crew's version of Sebring was often made fun of among racing game fans. But how bad is it really? I recorded some final laps on it before the shutdown of TC1 to be able to do this comparison.

I downgraded the car to the lowest car level in The Crew but the lap time is still faster there. For the direct comparison I slowed down the TC gameplay to match the length of the Forza gameplay in each section of the track, so that we can compare each individual corner and landmark.
Sebring is exclusive to The Crew 1 (unlike Laguna Seca). In The Crew 2 it has been replaced by a new fictional Miami Race Track.
What are your thoughts on Sebring in The Crew?

Why the need to compare any other game to FM? FM is just a boring mess. I still feel sorry for the preorder money I paid for its premium edition.

It sounds like you are talking about FM8. This video has nothing to do with that game. It's a video that compares Sebring in the open world game The Crew 1 with Sebring in an actual track racing game.

@@Paragleiber Yes I do. Even seeing the title "Forza motorsport" triggers my anger against MS and turn 10. How they abused, deceived and treated like fools their own loyal gamer base. That led to hating all their forza titles as well.

@@mkatakmHonestly while your disdain towards MS and Turn10 is at least somewhat warranted, it appears to go to an unhealthy degree where you think even the older Forza Motorsport games are bad or tarnished in some way. You don't have to watch this content if your negative attitude stems mostly from your personal experience (and on that note, hopefully you learned a lesson about pre-ordering). The first four Forza Motorsports were genuinely good and iterated on each other - if not in groundbreaking ways, at least they were very noticeably different and improved. Perhaps 15 years back, Microsoft didn't enforce 18-month game dev contracts or other shady garbage to get games out the door on time. This is all going off-topic. Please leave any baggage at the door. Enjoy the comparison, or find something else to watch/do.
I hope you did not forget the long beach grand prix circuit, it was a pvp race
