Hey Peter! Loving that the drift build series is back! Btw you should set your ffb strength in the settings menu and then if you need to turn it down for some cars you can do that in the tuning menu for the car. Also sim steering is a MUST on a wheel imo, with the right ffb settings it feels really good and realistic!

I feel like the game is going be bringing drifting and drift events to us. In one of the trailers they featured Formula Drift cars on it so it’s probably coming. As far as the game goes I like it, just needs to have better optimization for pc and a few bug fixes But patience is the key

man hopefully we can start up drift battles again miss the days but shoot long time no see since 2014 man good to see u still at it btw its vxiSnipESxHeAdS we used to drift with chitownlif3 and tandem kings together but good to see u gaming still i just been building my car on forza waiting for us all to get drift lobbies

I've been loving this new Forza. I couldn't use my g920 in Forza 7 but this one feels very good on my wheel. Haven't tried drifting just yet. Been leveling cars with friends in private lobbies and running spec races

I really thought there would've been a server browser for the multiplayer, where people hosted locally or rented servers to be up 24/7, kind of like Assetto Corsa. I have no idea what the developers were thinking when not including that critical component lol Hopefully they fix that asap.

You you start a meet up race you can join and leave and tune and change cars, when ever !

I seee a clean BMW build, and this episode gets a Like from me. 😈 Honestly tho, when this G80 M3 first launched, I did notttt like it at all. But now I have grown to like it. It looks pretty good, mostly from the back. I just still prefer the older Bmws. However, the new M4 still looks ridiculous and that thing needs to be put on a different planet. 😂 Loving the color on this M3, and seeing this thing slide. It's making me want to buy Forza now. And I haven't turned on my Xbox in like 2 years. Playing Gran Turismo 7, I'm always jealous of Forza's carr listt man. 😤 The only huge downside to Forza, is not having those online lobbies like GT7. Where we can have a host set titles and spec settings, for the gamers to create on any track. And then having all the cool gamers just pull up and chill, drift, race, cruise, car meets, etc. Why hasss Forza not done this yet? 😳

Let me put you on slap.. FH5 just got a new update on its 3rd person drift camera. Turn all maps, notifications, skill points off and enjoy what fh5 should been at launch.

Sport tires are still the meta me and Nova been running them

Susuka brings me good memories, was my first track i learned to drift in games and was in gran turimo 4 drift lobbies , i didn't try forza yet but i might later on.

Forza waste of time

Yo slap dont know if you seen it or not but there is a setting you can change to get the head cam to follow you're drift angle and you can change the speed for it too

They’ll will eventually give us open drifting if all of us drifters go drift in the multiplayer lobbies until they complain to forza , then forza would need to make open drift 🫡

do you know if they're going to add open matchmake lobbies or drift lobbies? built out a R class supra drift build and can only use it in private multiplayer and i don't have any friends that play LMAO

It’s a great game. It’s just it needs throttle and brake sensitivity sliders or something, I have heusinkveld pedals and i can only press down like 2 inches and the game says it’s full brake.

It’s the sunk ass fitment on all wide body cars for me

I got a Skyline R32 and R34 both at level 50 to make them RWD and drift ready 😊

For any Logitech drifters my wheel settings on there this is starting from vibration scale: 0, 80, 130, 175, 90, 70, 50, 0, 60, 0, 50, 50

So if it isn’t working the only way I’ve seen it work is to HARD RESET the Xbox hold power down for atleast 10 seconds and let it shut down and turn it on again and just use the wheel at first until you’re in the game and hopefully works if it doesn’t try it again and just hope for the best seems unpredictable if I’m honest had to set it up for atleast 15 mins the other day because it wasn’t working seems like a Forza thing atm so hopefully patch soo.

Same been going video to video trying to dial in mine, I’m a great drifter in literally any other game and every other forza Motorsport except this game can’t drift at all cause my wheel has no self steer

When u want to drift so bad with your dd wheel but the sponsor wants to promote the sh@tty wheel 😛

When I map my Handbrake in the car doesn't drive, it seems to be a problem when the wheel input becomes a custom setting and not a recognised default input

@@GetawayGuyDriver got a fix for you forza treats the hand brake as a button not an axis so I switched my handbrake to a sequential shifter and it works now!!!

Immediately I had this problem you need to play with the dead zone settings in the advanced control settings, happened with my handbrake but easy fix also you may need to invert the axis as mine was backwards

How the fuuuck is there not online drift lobbies in this game??? That’s what I was looking forward to

I am very disappointed with this game tbh. We should have gotten all of the new features that fh5 has.

my handbrake doesn't work it either makes it so the car doesn't move weather i pull the handbrake or not even if i try inverting it or it just does nothing at all no matter what

did you have any issues with how the game looks/ performs? mine is having issues while my 4070ti should be more than capable to run it well, everything is on ultra @1080p

My 4090 is barely used with everything maxed out on triples, your 4070ti shouldn't be having issues. Maybe reinstall graphics drivers?

@Aaron_A80 could be, I've had performance issues with latest drivers sometimes. Actually haven't installed the new one, maybe try downgrade a version and see if it improves.

Has anyone had the save issue with the career races not saving due to it getting stuck on the upgrade install screen and sometimes when U buy a car making forcing U to redo 1 to 2 races and sometimes the whole season.

Motorsport is just a way more realistic game. Much harder to manage weight of car. It makes it more fun tho because it’s more realistic

why does the grass and environment look so terrible ?

Disappointed in lack of car modeling and actually having a bigger car selection i mean even past gt ganes have the cars I want to drive. Needs i think more impressive graphics More cars and not yhe typical reused cars from every game prior. Better car models And more track layouts

typical forza you can only hold shallow lines before the car completely sledges of the track. forza drifting was at its peak with fm3 . Every game since has been polished turds with the same old same old just on different maps
