Forza Horizon is a 2012 racing video game developed by Playground Games and published by Microsoft Studios for the Xbox 360 on 23 October 2012. The game is the fifth instalment of the Forza series, having originally spun-off from Turn 10 Studios-developed Forza Motorsport titles.

60 FPS FIX: framerate_limit = 120 in Canary Config File. If you set it to value 120 it will give you 60FPS.
Crash Fix: Change mount_cache = true in xenia-canary.config.toml Will Fix The Dump Crush. Also, try deleting cache folder all in the canary folder.
