Bro, I’m so over the trees. You literally touched them and instantly die if you fall it pisses me off, especially when I’m trying to glide and accidentally touch and die right in the beginning of the game.

The blade was supposed to be in the new season but since the game break glitch with it (where if you did the dash then turn off your Wi-Fi mid dash and cut the players while Wi-Fi out and turn your Wi-Fi back on it deals all the damage) that is why there are still battle grounds so they might add them back if the fox this glitch also shockwaves are being added to no builds and the grapple glove might be added too. Hope that helped

The blade isn't meant to be in this season at all, it's a Katana themed for LAST season, it wasn't meant to be in this season hence why they never bothered fixing the glitch.

@@ltisdabest21 I doubt it since a) Epic is trying to mimic Chapter 1 where past season map changes persist even when the season ends. So by your logic, the Shockwave hammers, guardian shield and Excaliber gun should also still be in here. b) In game there's nothing really to change the Season 2 biome. Like, the jungle isn't going to just spread to MEGA city or the dueling grounds or whatever. And there's no reason for the Syndicates to remove them.

I'm having fun this season, the change in mobility just means you gotta change up your approach a little bit. Figure out where the storm is going and head that way a little earlier. Take a chance and use a vehicle a little more often. Carry around some slap bottles, you can drink them on the fly and get enough unlimited sprint to get out of trouble. I don't mind having to change up playstyle season to season; helps keep the game fresh.

I have to admit, for a (probably) multi-million dollar development team, it feels like fortnite's development team should be preparing and releasing previously introduced and/or upcoming content a little faster. (Ex. hurdling, the flamethrower, rideable aerial creatures, hill scrambling, and even first person have all been in development for months, and don't even seem to be close to releasing)

i agree. i think they’re really keeping potential bugs into consideration before releasing though because while there still are bugs here and there, if you played back in the early development of the game over 5 years ago or even more recent than that, you’d see how bad it was with glitches and bugs.

Take hurdling for example, I never personally experienced a glitch when hurdling, but if it did (very rarely) send me to the sky, and I die, I would laugh it off and ready up for another match. Fortnite didn't have to remove hurdling. And I feel like the dev team has been getting the players' hopes up constantly, we keep hoping and expecting to finally get first person, or other "in development" mechanics every new season, but with every new season comes further disappointment, as the incredible "in development" mechanics aren't released. I'm sure they have their reasons, but the speed of development is uncommonly slow.

the other thing that I find weird about the transformer collab is that none of the two transformer skin has a glider. it would have been cool to have their vehicule form (or gorilla form for primal) as gliders. just imagine gliding on a giant truck.

I think that's just because Era got an extra page of cosmetics which took one away from Optimus Prime. And since the other skin is in the Item shop, they don't usually get that much.

To be fair, fireflies are still in the game as jars that you can find around the map as floor loot so, they haven’t been replaced, just overlooked

I am a console player that felt quite a bit of pain when in a game I hit a zip line wanting the shockwave effect, and when jumping off I died of fall damage

The new season was honestly either rushed or they focused too much on the jungle and didn’t take the other biomes and weapons into consideration. They should’ve waited an extra month or two before releasing, yes people would’ve been upset but if you want great results you will just have to wait a little longer.

The fire pattens are easy to find. They are always somewhere before the puzzles. Each temple has them in different location but once found, it makes it easier.

The no mobility was an improvement to me they were annoying af now we're back to how Fortnite is suppose to be y'all just need to get back use to it lol but I do agree the drum shotgun needs a heavy nerf and the only thing I was disappointed with about the Transformers collab is that there were no other Transformers other than Primal in the item shop. I was expecting the item shop to be filled with other Transformers and just 1 little thing I want is a zero build team rumble mode

Also the flapjack rifle is balanced. It's not like a overclocked pulse rifle of stinger smg where it sprays to death. It shoots reasonably fast and doesn't have much recoil and also does a reasonable amount of damage for an AR. If anything is too OP this sea- i meant chapter, It's the havoc pump (normal not the mythic one)

The katana are gone because they bugged out last season & still haven't been fixed. That's why there are fighting rings still around the map, but they were supposed to be in this season & apparently will be after they're fixed.

The wasps haven’t replaced the firefly jar, one is found In the jungle and the other is found everywhere else as floor loot. Much rarer

There isn't a mobility problem. Cars, animals, and sprinting all work just fine. The jungle specifically has a lot of mobility with vines and jump pads everywhere. The real problem people are having here is that they're losing fights now that they don't have a free panic button to book it across the map and to that I say good.

Only people complaining about mobility items are the no skill having douch players that start fights they can't finish or shoot u in the back and run half way across the map hoping u will get bored chasing them so they can hid to shoot u in the back that's all they ever do I don't need mobility items like hammers or kitanas to get around I do great with out all that winn on a steady basis it is more fun to me now adapting to the environment skill against skill Fortnite is a shooter. Not a run all the time because I can't fight if u can't fight or shoot don't play the game u want to run go do a death run get over it

Great video. Fall damage and storm damage are ruining the season. Both could be sorted with a mobility item. I thought vine webslingers would work well with the jungle theme…

Optimus Prime being deprived of the ability to transform wouldn't make him a Transformer anymore. He would be just a giant robot.

u know what also sucks about ranked mode, is that no builds solo didnt get anything for it, which completely turned me off from playing any rnaked in the game

Something I hate about fortnite from chapter 2+ is that epic seems to be allergic to not updating Poi’s In chapter 1 you could say that every PoI had received some update that helped that location. Some examples are salty springs given bunkers and wailing woods given an underground laboratory that has rifts in it to help leave that isolated area. It now just seems that they don’t care about the PoIs and just say “we’re making a new island in a few months so we don’t have to actually upgrade this current island, we’ll just create a new one that’ll just be as bland as every other chapter past chapter 1 but look different

I don't know about you, but I think they've been doing the opposite. Aside from Chapter 2, Epic has been doing constant regular map updates in Chapter 3 which affected nearly EVERY POI by the end of the Chapter. And in Chapter 4, they're trying to keep past season stuff like the Citadel and MEGA City BECAUSE of complaints that Chapter 2 keeps wiping away past season POIs.

Relax, Epic put out a survey recently for Optimus Prime and it has an option to choose “It cannot transform” which shows that Epic is listening to everyone’s complaints.

Love the videos my guy. Heres a small detail i noticed that might be liked a little. While using the autobot signal flare contrail it normally shows the auto bot symbol unless you are using optimus primal in which the symbol changes to the maximals.

I guess I'm one of the few that isn't upset about the lack of mobility. It's cool when everyone on your team has it but sucks if you are the last to get one. You just spend the time trying to keep up until you get it. Also not a fan of the jungle. I avoid that unless the storm forces me in.

People had been getting a survey from Epic Games about Optimus Prime and I guess hopefully they change the built-in emote or add another one to allow him to change into his truck

Odm gear sounds perfect for season 3 and I'm glad the red-eye was removed and Lorenzo being a tier 70 skin is outrageous

honestly i kinda feel bad for epic, cause they work so hard a lot of the time, yet they are always criticized no matter what they do. Just appreciate what you get. Sure crashes are annoying but get over it and wait for it to be fixed.

My thoughts exactly! Human size Optimus Prime is weird enough, but the fact he doesn't have a transforming emote is unforgivable. And the jungle theme is nothing new in Fortnite. This season is very underwhelming, but at least it got a cute furry anime kitsune.

Fortnite are aware of the mobility next update they are returning the shockwave grenades but only in Zero Build but Fortnite said they heard our complaints

i like this season way better then last season, honestly the fact that theres not really any movement helps for me because normally when i started a fight there was 20 people there after i shot

For mobility they should've added vine shooters that can shoot to things and swing and it connects to your body and your character reaches for a button and when they press it you can go swinging on a sorta vine thing and do backflips for a quest bc it relates to the jungle theme or they could've done indiana jones whip from the movies to swing and instead of summer meowscles the bonus skin could be another version of indiana jones or another person he knows from the movie.

Grappler gloves would be perfect this season, as long it is remade a bit

These season has some problems but I think it will became much better and I personally love these season loot pool except for mobility

i can say by experience that the AOT and the sword they were op if you knew how to properly use them, if you want mobility use a vehicle and problem solved that is why they are in the game

I would be happy if they just took out all spray weapons. Just leave in mobility items, snipers, and heavier shotguns like the pump. The spray weapons are more annoying that sweats

Besides if they made a transforming emote for them, how would we cancel the emote then? They would have to make a transformation emote at the end and it would take a long time. If they just make them transform back to their robot verison by just making the vehicle disappear and the robot appears, it would just not look good. The glitch where it kicks you off is super annoying I have only died 1 time this entire season the other times I've been kicked out before touching ground so I've been on creative till it get fixed

Some fortnite events are trash but we should at least appreciate the hard work they put into them.

Agreed and a lot of the time I think is that with a lot of leaks it's very hard to get the audience excited cause now their expected to add those in the game or to at least add alternative versions. Especially when the season changes or different battle pass characters come out. I do hope the mini battle pass you get mid season comes out as a surprise.

I wish they had a transformering emote. Such a wasted opportunity...

Fr, they managed it years ago with Kit, why couldn't they do a basic traversal emote for Optimus? Smh.

I hate when epic change the mats limit to 500 like seriously 1 build fight boom there goes all of my mats

Bro I literally could not enter Mega City for a month because of the lag. And I legit just played my first br game this season today because in the past week, my game crashed every single time. I'm happy they keep the changes to one spot and it's minimal or I can't play the game at all. Hell I should be at level 50 already but thanks to STW I'm at 20 rn.

Good thing we have motorcycles The indestructible cause the zip lines And the trees are that way you can move around easier in the jungles Random stuff surfaces

Not a big fan of the jungle myself, but i do like the mud glitch they’ve messed up on

I like the wasps tbh. In build mode there good for putting pressure on people especially in a box fjght scenario

7:38 Shh, I totally forgot about First-Person. 😂 Ig maybe the First-Person modes in some creative maps had me distracted, and made me forget that we were supposed to have it in the official BR mode. Lol 😅

They need to add a perk with no fall damage

0:50 Exactly! They missed the best opportunity to make a transforming traversal emote. It would be sl cool to roll around as a truck.
