@@adamfaqi9112 Not the same as the V10 used in F1 from the mid 90s-mid 2000s. This one revs lower and makes a lot less power, this engine is designed for endurance racing, not high revving, sprint racing like F1.

@@STILLNIGHTPEARL yeah its a "tame" and im 99% sure also a "cheap" F1 engine. Genuine F1 engines are made with super expensive parts that are from materials normal car bros dont even know about lol.

Love this build, also love the old school TOYOTA stamp y’all took the type to carefully sculpt. Truly a rad beast!

I'm so incredibly stoked that Tuerck and the Formula Supra are running Time Attack and a grip setup. There's just a more special magic about engineering for extreme grip and the Aero setups are so badass. Plus the constant rowing through the gears with a Holinger sequential and Judd V10 is just delightful. Sounds like classic F1 and I can't wait to see it compete and for Tuerck to lay down lap times.

The Judd V10 was used in F1 back in the 90's! so you're right on it sounding like a classic F1

2:27 - Slick tire nomenclature differs from DOT tires. The fronts sound like they are 30/65-18. 30 is the width in centimeters (would be like a 305 in DOT width spec which is mm), 65 is the tire's diameter in centimeters (as opposed to having to do tire sidewall aspect ratio + wheel diameter math with DOTs) and 18 is wheel diameter in inches. As with all tires the true measured width and diameter may differ from what's printed on the sidewall.

Specifically, 30 is the tread width, not section width. Very different from DOT spec.

Super smart solution for still having a chassis mounted wing while still being able to open the trunk. Simple & affective ! And obviously the Supra is looking & sounding SICK !!!

I'm still so psyched you've got a Judd stuffed in there. Such a high level of engineering that is so hard to even fathom.

kinda too much for what it is. It's too particular and fussy for a car that isn't being funded by a million-dollar team. This is a millionaire's equivalent to a moneypit. Just happy it runs while it still does.

@@THESLlCK I dont see where he needs a million dollar team/company owners to fund him when hes practically getting the same treatment but in the FD world, prototype parts from AEM just for that engine, sponsored by an oil company too they probably arent worrying like you are. They are perfectly fine like those other hillclimb racers that used to run JUDD engines.....

so much raw power in the car, you can see when he takes corners the thing forcibly slides out until he adjusts. what a beauty.

Getting passed by this thing on the track must be so wild. Absolutely the coolest build out there right now.

Love Ryan's real take "learning curve is straight up." I was just sitting watching GridLife all day like nodding to myself just remembering that... and that's the mentality ya gotta have it seems. Having the mind to just challenge yourself. (Ryan should also tell his builder that he's the real damn deal everytime he sees him too)

It looked and sounded amazing and I didn't see any time when you might have needed more power. If you want to get technical about ride height and spring rate, drag racers use shock travel sensors to monitor rear axel travel during launch and laser height sensors to stop them wheeling onto the back bumper, the shock sensors are just logged in the computer for later analyse but the height sensor interacts with the timing and boost.

It is the most spectacular thing that I have seen in many years in terms of cars, you are a machine like that Supra. Awesome.

The simple fact that you know this car along with all your others in and out is amazing. You see so many people with just a wallet and get a car built and don't know anything about it. Love watching your builds and learning from your successes and drawbacks. This car is utterly amazing and I can't wait to see it.

I hear you, I'm a big Alonso fan and a V10 fan. I wish Alonso had a front running F1 car in 2022, he still has what it takes even now.

THIS is how this engine should be used! I didn't care much for it at all on the limiter in a wide drift, way to obnoxious and barely sounded good. Progressing through the gears under hard acceleration though, that's where its at! 😎

Either Ryan has balls of absolute steel and could drive this car in his sleep OR that is quite possibly one of the best set up and easiest to drive cars ever made. My dude passes 2 cars like they were sitting still, downshifts into a corner with a double apex and mid corner with one hand on the wheel still has time to scratch his own face. Props to you all on one of the nicest and most complete builds ever produced.
