I'm sad that Emmanuel being the only brotha got eliminated but he had the best performance of anyone 1v1. That was like a world title match. Like another commenter said, I hope there's a wild card option that will allow him to come back.

yo that ippon guy literaly did submission to his opponent, (where he hold his arm on his back so that guy cant even move) when the ball is not even with his opponent. its not a foul it felt sour. that guy cant even tap out and the referee didnt break them off :/

Donghyun Kim (Stun Gun) is a great fighter. He fought in the UFC's highly competitive welterweight division. In addition, he ranked 7th without using any steroid at the time, as illegal steroids for performance enhancement were rampant. He is a strong human being by nature.

great match, wish we could've seen more of emmanuel though he definitely would of had more chances of winning if he went against someone else, he seemed very down to earth! but kim dong hyun is a very cool man props to both 💪🏽

Emmanuel was so strong here damn. I knew Dong hyun would win but damn Emmanuel was craaaazy for holding on for that long. He would've easily gone so far in the games if Dong hyun hadn't chosen him for this match. Great job to both! I hope to see Emmanuel next season!

This match was so fun to watch, props to both Kim Donghyun and Emmanuel. Both the technique, grip strength, physical and mental strength they both have. Emmanuel was insane for enduring it for so long and clearly he has Donghyun's respect, love seeing that. Well done to them both👏🏻👏🏻 Plus I'm so used to seeing Kim Donghyun on more comedic variety shows that this really made me remember how he's awesome as a fighter too. Watching Cicada Kim suddenly makes me want to go back into martial arts, this battle got me fired up 😅😂

This was the best match... Couldn't tell who was gonna win until the very end

Donghyun was a pro mma fighter, and is still active in practicing it in his mma gyms with his young pro mma fighter students/juniors. He's obviously fighting every instict to punch/pound or put on chokehold his opponent as I believe it isn't allowed. If it was, they would've been done in less than a minute considering his position, lol. Great match given by Emmanuel though. Surely his great physique matches his strength. Kim Dong Hyun, fighting! ❤️ Love how he always does a great plot twist almost by the end of his (variety show) matches. He certainly makes things more entertaining! 😂👏❤️

I mean, if submission was allowed, the match would’ve ended in 7 seconds or less. There were lots of opportunities for leg entanglement and heel hooks, back exposure the whole time, arm got isolated multiple occasions for arm bars, wrist locks, etc etc. But yeah, this isn’t ADCC

Spoiler Watched this last night. One of the best fights, the next one is the female MMA vs Male. In this match, Korean MMA legend won by technique and experience, Foreign dude fought by pure strength and grit. The way the former won the ball is pure skill and was a sick move; on Mount, he sneaked his right knee and used his bodyweight to trap the other's left arm, then both hands grabbed the ball and stood up.

I didn't watch the show, are there rules against punching your opponent in the face until they're knocked out and then getting the ball?

I really love Season 1 but after the controversy about the real winner; it made me not to take Season 2 seriously. I have respect for all the contestants but the production team can suck balls. I just enjoy watching it to see the strength of the contestants but when it comes to who is going to win? I couldn’t care less. The 2nd placer from last season went to therapy because of how traumatic it is for him to be treated unfairly. For some he maybe a snowflake but if you’re an athlete who gives your all, losing is a bad thing. What more when you lose unfairly?

He is a legit fighter with a nice resume although hasnt fought top 10. They shouldve bring khabib nurmagomedov or islam makachev to do this game. Thats certainly will be entertaining

I am extremely disappointed with this season, especially after the allegations of cheating against the cyclist last season and I rewatched it the evidence is there. It is a Korean show let them promote for their ratings but it will never be a true competition until Westerners, other Asians, and Africans have an equal amount of people. Also not everyone there was natural. Certainly, a great number were on PEDs
