Secret Service having "reactive" policy to threats seems beyond absurd. This whole situation really stinks.

That guy is NOT telling the truth. It WAS left unguarded. The police and the secret service was informed by multiple people that the perp was on that roof, and one even went and climbed a ladder and saw him, and refused to engage with him. They knew and refused to do their job. Folks need to stop covering up for them.

This guy is full of crap. They supposedly missed the guy on the roof. Then it took 4 shots before they even tried to cover him. It took them forever to get him off that stage. When reagan was shot he was in a vehicle in a matter of seconds if he wanted to move or not. They just let trump decide when he wanted to move and even allowed him to stick his head up to the crowd twice. Most of them just looked lost like what do i do.

And on the topic of said ladder, it was either set up inadvance or attached to the building. Dont know the local ordinance but in all likelihood if it was attached it shouldve been required to be locked or denied public access, why was it accessible? If not attached, who set it up?

No drones in the air? They could have spotted a guy crawling across a white roof in broad daylight with a drone. No agents on the roof and around the building? How can this guy say there is no way it was unguarded. The guy got on the roof by a ladder and crawled across it with a gun. Incompetence or insider job, take your pick. Either way, it is not good. This was not a city, it was a rural area with few one story buildings, surrounded by open fields. If they can't secure that, how the heck are they going to secure a city?

Only 130 yards away this kid was able to climb to the top of a building with a rifle and was seen doing it by spectators but secret service wasn't in position to see him. There's only two options here it was allowed to happen or the secret service is really that bad at doing their job, it's as simple as that.

Why is nobody talking about the obvious, it was local poliice snipers, not Secret Service snipers. The Secret Service is taking credit, but it was actually the local police. Turns out they did not have enough support, so the local police had to use their officers. @@lucillehenderson5830 My guess is they will blame the local cop who made contact with the guy and was threatened, and that he believed it was a Secret Service guy on the roof. Trump should have been taken off before the shots were fired. We will never get the truth, that we can count on.

They don't have any documents. People told the police several times about someone being on the roof and they did nothing.

Fox should file a Freedom of Information request for all the relevant information from the Secret Service including radio communications. Make them public.
