When the public pays for the lifestyle of said public person, they do have a right to ask, otherwise let them disappear into the sunset, to live off their personal fortune and not the public purse.

It was announced that she had surgery and that she wouldn't be back until after Easter. Easter is still 16 days away. Give her some space to breathe! You don't have a right to know anything! You wouldn't want your family treated the way she's being treated. Take a leap of faith and trust that you and the rest of the world will be told if there's anything worth knowing.

We paid for her surgery. One which she didn' have to risk her life on a waiting list for. We paid for the entire floor of the hopsital she was in to be emptied to accommodate her. We paid for the doctors and the private nursing care. We paid for the caterers who brought her every meal while she was in there because NHS food isn't good enough for them. We pay for her fashions and her kids and her holidays. . We have every right. She "works" for us.

Well, 'somebody' took the original photos. Nobody else has laid claim to having taken them. Maybe the photo is one that is embellished? Maybe Catherine cobbled together several photos William took into one? It's not 'fake' ... it's a photo of a very real mother and her very real children that she loves very much.

Princess Kate has the right to privacy just like any other person. She had abdominal surgery and the release stated it was not cancer. That is all anyone really needs to know. She is taking time to rest and recuperate with her family. She has that right as a human being. William is being protective of her and their children because he lived through what happened with his mother Diana. Leave them alone. Easter is in a couple of weeks and they stated she would be back after Easter. When she is back in the public eye the press is going to hound her unmercifully wanting details of her illness and surgery. Instead leave her alone.

From day one she said she was going to lay low until April. Why is this so complicated?

Royal Family told Public that Princess would be missing for a few months due to major surgery.. She then releases a personal Mothers Day photo and gets smashed for editing. EVERYONE edits pictures its so easy now to make the perfect picture. I really dont see the problem with any of this. Surgery is personal and no one is entitled to know what exactly she had done.

And after having serious abdominal surgery, the effects of anaesthesia and/or medication can swell fingers therefore cannot wear your rings. It happened to me and it took a long while to get back to normal to wear rings again.

People with history of heart conditions etc or people with kidney trouble might swell more and have more trouble getting rid of the extra fluid after surgery. Not usually a young healthy woman. Sorry just letting you know. Chances are by looking how thin she always is. I wouldn’t be surprised she lost a little weight and the ring is a bit loose

Where's the proof Kate had surgery. KP said she had surgery,#Wills. As far as Kate being in hospital, again there are no photos or videos of her coming or going into hospital.Her children or family never visited while she was alledgedly in hospital for 14 days. Keep in mind that the paps were staked out at the hospital. Wills visited the hospital one time and stayed only 15 minutes. All statements have been coming from KP. There has not been one recent picture or video from Kate herself, just what KP is putting out. #WhereisKate. #IsSheOk. Paul Burrell hasn't been spoken to by a member of the royal family since the day Princess Anne was deployed to tell him to pack his bags & get out of Kensington Palace. Which as I recall was the day after Diana died. Remember that was when he took the souveniers that he very nearly went to prison for lifting. He's a chancer, looking for yet another pay day from his feigned "loyalty" to Diana. Now that woman's life was a real tragedy. She was betrayed by everyone who ever knew her, with the possible exception of her younger brother. The sons she fought and died to protect both lived happily with her murderers ffs. Hands extended for all the largess offered.

The Media making a big deal out of nothing. I hope her recovery goes well, I've also had an abdominal surgery and was very careful during my recovery. It took over a full year for strength and endurance to return to normal levels. We as a society need to relearn patience.

Just think about this: The entire Royal family seems to be amongst the missing. No Princess Anne, No Edward or Sophie. The only one who has been seen at all is William. There is more going on here than anyone is saying.

She is The Princess of Wales or HRH Catherine, Princess of Wales. If you want to shorten it to Princess Kate like Princess Di was shortened in the US, people will know exactly who is being referenced.

The palace stated that Catherine would return to her duties after Easter or so when her recuperation would end. I don’t know why there is such a frenzy about her lack of appearance now. as things are happening just as the palace stated. Have we such short memories? Am I mis-remembering that when Prince George was born William and Catherine released a statement.? They asked for understanding from the press regarding the children and that in turn photos of the children, taken by the royal family, would be released to the press on a regular basis instead of them being hounded by the press? Remember over the years all the pictures from the palace of the children and other royals on their birthdays and of William and Catherine’s wedding anniversary’s. I for one, am happy to give them space to deal with their current health issues.

This story is out of control and has taught me that the public has lost its way with what is right. I feel bad for her, she’s still a person. Everyone who is even CLOSER than Paul Burrell says she’s “Very unwell” I cannot imagine being that unwell AND having to perform for masses just because I was famous. Her body, her privacy are not things ANYONE is privy to. She’s not on throne or the next in line. She’s not queen. She’s fine. She needs rest to heal. Just leave it be. Such boredom. Nobody is entitled to her personal life. We all deserve privacy and boundaries.

We were told we wouldn’t see Catherine until after Easter. It’s not Easter yet. While Catherine is a public figure, that doesn’t give the public the right to know everything about her. The key takeaway from all this jabber is the press are dependant on money earned through distribution of photos they have copyright over - while Catherine stays out of the public eye they are being denied the 'money' shots which gives them cause to make much ado about nothing. When she is fit well & ready Catherine Pr. of Wales will resume public appearances as required in her role as a working member of the RF.
