Tayali.What bars Lungu is the constitution.Not anyone.We can't be changing the law let alone misinterpret the law to favor an individual.That is not democracy.

Tayali.Lungu came into power under the old constitution which recognized a short time as a term.He can't benefit from the new constitution.Only his predecessors.No moral considerations.It is the law.
