Left Mormonism about a year ago, Me along with my beautiful wife and our two little girls. We were raised in one of the polygamy groups but God in his sovereign kindness reached us with the truth of his word and the true gospel. Our eyes were opened to the lies of Mormonism and its foundation. It was not easy, but I thank God for what he has done. I pray that many souls that watch this video will come to know the truth. Thank you Jesus

I became Mormon when I was a teenager. I was married in the Logan Temple to a man who was 6 years older than I was. Because my parents weren't Mormon, they couldn't see me married. It hurt them deeply. I was married three years and we were both in the Airforce at the time. We both ended up in Okinawa in 1976 and that is when I left him. He was violent and would break all my things that my mother gave me for gifts. He would shove me and would not give me any money so I could replace my uniforms. His reasoning was, I chose to work, I could buy my own uniforms. This would have been ok but he took all the money, I didn't even get an allowance. I took it upon myself to go to two Bishops to try to get help to save the marriage. Both of them told me it was my fault and that I shouldn't work. They refused to talk with him. They refused to even counsel us. When we divorced, he took everything and left me with a 900.00 dollar bill. He took all the savings and all the stored wedding gifts at his parents house in Utah. My parents gave me an onyx chess set they got in Mexico and he took that too. When my tour was over, I was sent to Beal AFB in California where I met with the church officials who promptly excommunicated me. In August of 1984 in a little Baptist Church just outside of the Alconbury England AB gate, I gave my heart to the true Jesus! My life completely changed and I have been saved since then.

💔💔💔breaks my heart reading this! I was raised a Mormon from 2 years old and believed the lie that all I was good for was marriage and motherhood. I married barely 18yo a month before high school graduation. He, too, was abusive, and I took my baby back home after 1 yr 5 months 12 days of he'll. The path of my life was altered from that lie. While sitting in the back of the church with my 5 yo daughter, I saw the lie, and being austracized, and got up and walked out. Years later I talked with a very kind bishop and it strangely took the sting away. My family are still Mormon, and I'm not tolerated, but not accepted. My beautiful daughter and grandkids are my treasure. They know the real loving Abba Father and to go to Him, not a church. For all this, I am thankful to have learned and grown even in this. He is my friend and I am His.

At the time I was coming out of Mormonism I heard a podcast with the testimony of Lynn and Mica, Their message was a gift to me and I even reached out to them by email, they were kind and understanding and just this small gesture touched me and helped me on my journey. I pray for the Mormons to come to The real Jesus Christ, to learn about grace, something I have never heard of as a Mormon. Mormonism is a works-based religion and this goes against God's word. I still strive to unlearn much of its doctrine. The Bible is the only word of God.

I’ve told 3 (safe) people (last year) the same words… I said that “I heard 5 words in my right ear… HE’s NOT YOURS, HE’s MINE”. Back-story is that I was panicky about my son’s salvation and him living as if he doesn’t have a good mom just over in the next City. The Lord, calmed my heart and it felt like God decided to put me in my place that my son is his and I was given my son to raise… but my 30 year old child has always belonged to God. This gave me such peace about the subject and pray for my son’s salvation daily and I know God’s got this❤

My husband and I were newly married five years ago when two Mormon missionary sisters knocked on our door. Despite not knowing much about their faith, we were firm in our belief in Jesus Christ, so we invited them in. I didn't know much about their practices, except that they didn't consume caffeine. Unfortunately, my husband offered them coffee right away, but I quickly suggested hot chocolate or lemonade instead. Looking back, we realized how amazing the work of the Holy Spirit was. Whenever they said something Christ-like, the Holy Spirit would bring scripture to our minds to counter their points. We did this lovingly and respectfully, so they continued to come back for many weeks and months. They even brought more senior members with them, until eventually the sisters were asked by to stop coming to our home by their leadership. One of them was in awe at our sharing of the Gospel and often even asked that we pray for her. There was one point that she said she had never considered and that she'd pray about it. I can't remember what the specific point was, but I pray that sister Anderson, will one day reflect on the seeds we planted and that God will open her eyes to the true revelation of Jesus Christ. I pray for her often and believe that we plant the seeds, and God brings the increase.

I didn't know what RM meant: "A returned missionary (often abbreviated "RM") is a term used by members of the LDS Church to refer to men and women who have previously served as Mormon missionaries. Once they return home, RMs are generally encouraged to begin dating seriously and to seek marriage."

As an exmormon that left the church just last year, it feels my heart with joy reading comments of people that left the church and serving Jesus Christ. I left Catholicism for Mormonism in 2018 as I was desperately searching for anything that would make me reunite with my late father. When I got baptized into the church (Feb 14 2018), late that year I decided to do my dad’s proxy baptism. Fast forward last year I went to the temple to do his proxy endowment and when I asked if I could get sealed to him, I was told it’s impossible since he wasn’t married to my mom and the fact that she isn’t even LDS. I was told that I can start up my own lineage in the church by finding a temple worthy man and have my generation get sealed to me. This broke my heart. Meanwhile, by this time, I had no interest of studying the Bible since I was told that it’s not accurate and that the BOM was. For the years that I was in the church, I tried so hard to ready the BOM but it was difficult and I think that one time that I read about the “Black skin” and being an African, it hurt so bad. I met with one of my religion professors at BYUI to talk about life and he all over a sudden asked me “Have you ever asked yourself why you’re black?”. This was so unsettling. Anyways, I left the church and I renounce all the rituals that I participated in. I am now a born again Christian and my walk with Christ is something that I am grateful for. I pray for all Mormons to seek the light of Jesus Christ in their hearts. Be blessed!!

Thank you for sharing your experience in the Mormon Church and I am so sorry for the racism you experienced at that time. Mormons and others were mislead by the false teaching of the mark of Cain which was a False Teaching that also spread through some Protestant and other Churches teachings in early American History. As an ex Mormon I remember questioning that teaching. I want to encourage you to prayerfully go back and re discover your Catholic Faith. Faith in Jesus Christ is Number One! But, as someone else also shared there were many Saints and Fathers of the Church who were of African Heritage. But, more important than that. For yourself, go back and discover for yourself, what you left behind in your Catholic Faith for Mormonism. As an ex Mormon and a convert to The Catholic Faith ,I find Jesus Christ Alive and Present to Me, in Prayer and In The Sacraments , In The Holy Eucharist. He is First in my Life and in My Faith Life!!! Pray for His Will in your life. Sometimes He calls us to go back and see what we left behind in exchange for a counterfeit ,which Mormonism is. I will pray for you to find The Lord,s Divine Will in your life today.Amen.🙏❤️🕊️

I really loved this interview. Jesus came for me in a dream about 30 years ago as a Return Missionary in the LDS church. My original intent was to stay in as a Christian and hopefully help bring others to Jesus from within the Church. Well that was impossible and when I tried to negotiate my terms with the Bishop, asking him, "just don't make me teach" it did not go so well which is why I finally left about 10 years ago practically kicked out. I then went on a long journey trying to sift through a lifetime of lies. I went on a long journey. I attended protestant churches for a while, then into shamanism for about 5 years trying to deal with anxiety and depression and then Jesus brought me back into Christianity. In just a few hours I will become an official catechumen in the Orthodox Christian church.

I was generationally a descendant of Joseph Smith and was born again from a young age thank goodness however coming from broken childhood had my struggles of choosing to walk in obedience and choosing Jesus way. However now having finally made a stronger choice and knowing the beauty of the choice that He gives us as His sons and daughters. I so appreciate your testimonies due to what the Holy Spirit revealed to me and knowing that, that belief was wrong in that it had the multi wives thing but also they placed Joseph on a pedestal that only Jesus can own. You and your family are a wonderful testimony to God's wonderful love. I never was indoctrinated in to the teaching, so you connected a lot of dots form me. Looked how Satan created Protestant Reformation and divided Catholic church at 1500 and created thousands man-made religions and we know that JESUS established only one Church and promise his church will never be destroyed and at these days many people with dark spirit constantly spitting and attacking Catholic church ? You can spit on catholic people , but never spit or attack on more than 2000 years old GOD established Catholic church ?

It’s the indoctrination that they receive! Don’t give up because I was in for 68 years and used to think the same way. Until I found out the historical issues of the church and that was the end of it.. but I also am skeptical of any religion at this point and I’ll not be pushed into a corner by anyone again. I’ll listen to the intuition that I’ve been given as we all are and will love those around me and be kind and compassionate to all humans. That’s actually what Jesus taught.

Yes, they believe differently about the origins of Jesus & even God the Father...but it's all about the atonement & resurrection, & forgiveness of sins.

I stared reading the Bible about 3 years ago and learned that the Mormon book was different than the Bible . Mormons have a different Jesus !!! 1)They belief that Jesus is a created being and work his way to godhood 2) Jesus is the brother of Lucifer 3) we can become gods as well in the afterlife 4) save by grace after all you can do And so much more ……….. I will never forget this testimony! It touched me deeply. I have to make a special mention for Eric, who is an EXCELLENT Interviewer. He is a good listener but just when we think the testimony is ending, he will ask his guest a very insightful question and we will learn even more. Also, Eric has a very soft voice and we feel that he listens with great compassion. Now, as for this guest, he is exceptional! He has a heart of gold and I could have listened to him over and over because it was so interesting. This man has great sensitivity and I am so happy that he became a Christian. There is no doubt, Mormons or Jehovah's Witnesses or the Church of Scientology have a lot of similarities. If you want to leave them, you will experience real hell. These churches are governed by powerful men who will brainwash you and that's unfortunate. Thank you so much for this beautiful and inspiring testimony 💕✝

That someone is a member of the Church, doesn't make him/her a saint, nor a Saint. Christ says that his Church is made up of Wheat, and Weed. Apostle Parley P. pratt said that "from the membership pool of the Church, the Lord shall call His Saints (note the upper case S). The Parable of the Ten Virgins, represents the members of the Church at the time of the Wedding Banquet. The Parable of the Sower represents the Church membership, and the types of spiritual roots they have. Thousands will eject themselves out, because they couldn't resist the heat of the challenges, or never care about fulfilling the personal commandments that God gave them. They plainly did not pursue Eternal Life, and conformed in going to seek just for immortality. They couldn't understand that when St. Paul is talking about works, he was talking to the Jews who believed that only through the Works of the law of Moses they could be saved. If one will ask the Lord to remove the scales that blind one's eyes before we read any Canon of Scriptures, then and only then, one will see through the reading of the Epistles of St. Peter, how concerned he was about the shallow spirituality of the Meridian Church, that was beginning to drift into Apostasy. Listen to him in great concern for the Meridian fold: I URGE YOU TO GIVE ALMS UNTO THE POOR, FOR THOUSANDS OF YOUR SINS TO BE COVERED. that is the Doctrine of works or good deed/actions taught by the Restored Church. The same as taught to the Meridian Church. There are two doctrines of Salvation taught in the Bible. One that gives Immortal Salvation by doing good actions unto those who are in need, and in this manner sins will be covered He was telling them with this invitation, look the way you are going you are going to Hell, for goodness sake "GIVE ALMS UNTO THE POOR, (that at least you'll be immortal) a sort of a lower saved State, heirs to the Terrestrial Kingdom, that shall be governed by Christ. Celestial Glory. ZION. Doctrine of the Remission of Sins, Temple ordinances, Governed by God Head of the Celestial Theocracy: Father or Elohim the Holy Man, The Son of Man or Jehova, and the Holy Ghost. Jesus meets a young man who asked him what he can do to achieve Eternal Life. The Lord proceeds to give him a list of what he needs to do. The young man answers, "all that I've done since my childhood", the Lord responds "one thing thou lacks, give all you have unto the poor" the young man couldn't resist the heat of the challenge, and left sad. We can see that the Doctrine of remission of sins has the requirements of the Doctrine of Covering of sins + the requirements of the Doctrine of Remission of Sins,=doing the righteous works that Abraham, did (a list of them in the Book of Genesis); Temple a must in the life of the seeker of Eternal Life. It is the place where we get purified. It is the best place to do the work of godly love for our fellow men who left this earth w/o knowing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Great are the revelations received in the House of the Lord by a true follower. In the book of Apocalypsis says in references to the honorable, righteous and holy death: Their works shall follow them. These are the Doctrines of Salvation thought in the restored Church. If we choose to not clean and purify ourselves. Then we are blind and deaf, more and more. You ejected yourselves to a wrong fold. If you see better now after reading this comments, return, that the Father of the Prodigal child is always waiting at the door of His Home, ready to forgive if the child comes in true humility. All the misunderstandings, and confusion is due to spiritual blindness, and deafness. I desire the best for you. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen

Awesome testimony. I just recently left the Mormon church after 40 years and similar to what this man explained it was full of kind good people and my love for Jesus was real, but I had no idea of how blind I was to the biblical Jesus who offers biblical Grace, I had no idea what I was missing because even though I read the Bible often I was so indoctrinated that Grace was only activated through my works that it took a lot for me to finally see that I had been given a false understanding of Grace and a much more limited Jesus. I have to say it has been so hard trying to integrate into a community, the Mormon communities I was in were ultra kinda and supportive, and it has been so hard trying to find anything similar in the Christian churches we have attended over the past few years. I think part of that is because the general Christian churches have more focus on their individual relationships with Christ whereas Mormons have a more limited version of that relationship so they focus way more on their human relationships. Anyway, it has been hard and I am still trying to allow God to teach me who He really is and how Grace really works and trying to undue so many decades of conditioning and community.

I am half way through this man’s testimony and he brought a thoughtful point..to be kind to the missionaries. I am from a reservation in Arizona and we have a Mormon church that some of the people attend. I was in the middle of moving off the Rez to a town/city. Keep in mind I was never visited by the missionaries but I heard stories of them being out in the community. I’d think: Wow! They’re pretty brave! This is a little joke as the Rez can be pretty unwelcoming to outside ppl. Anyway..that last day I was packing the last bit of items into my car and here comes the missionaries. I smiled and greeted them and it’s true..they are genuinely kind and happy. I explained that I was a Christian but I appreciated the work they were doing in the community. I had heard they’d help ppl with especially the elderly with various laborious tasks. In fact they helped me disassemble my trampoline. I offered them water and told them to be safe out there. I’d like to know the gospel more so that I can share it in a kinda and patient way.

What if Jesus becomes a savior when we come to our senses, and realize, for instance, that he walked on the land like everyone else, not on the water. Does that make sense? Maybe someday it will. The real Jesus was a treat to occult-centered normative belief systems - then as now. The real Jesus was a threat to the prevailing order and it's narratives, then as now. In fact, you could even call the real Jesus an anti-Christ. The book of Revelation is a standing threat against the REVELATION of occult supremacy in religious texts. Perspective on this becomes easier when you ...come to your senses, and realize the devil doesn't exist, the story of Satan is a distraction and Jesus was written into the New Testament as a mascot for human sacrifice. In the Book of Mormon, Joseph Smith took this last principle and amplified it ad-absurdum. "Sacred Stone" - the Mormon church is built on ambiguity and depends on the blindness of it's congregation for it's ongoing success. One side takes as the other gives.

Thank you for sharing your story & testimony. I left the Mormon church thirty two years ago. I attended Rick’s College in 1989 ( now BYU Idaho) and got kicked out my first semester. I had to go in front of a board of teachers and students and confess my wrongdoing and agree with the board what I did was wrong. I was also asked if I was sorry. It was all about shaming me. It was after the third time the “board”called me in when I finally broke down and cried because they said they knew what I had did and I just needed to admit it. I ended up admitting what I had did and was kicked out for the rest of the semester. The “board” said I would be able to return the next semester. After I left, I never went back to Ricks or the Mormon church. I did find my faith in Jesus and I am still on a journey getting to know him. It’s been awesome! I wouldn’t be where I am today without the college experience.

Hard to go through all that, no doubt, but I'm glad you're now building a relationship with Jesus!! I went through one of the church courts in the early 90s. The stake president & his counselors were gentle with me, they were good men. Everyone I encountered in my years in the Mormon church, whether in NW Georgia where I was from & now live again, or during the 17 years I lived in Salt Lake City (1990-2007), were wonderful people. That's why it has been so hard for me to leave the LDS church, which I had joined in 1984 with my former husband, after having grown up Baptist. I found it to be such a good church, with good family values, & loving, giving people. BUT...I no longer believe that Joseph Smith was the prophet of the restoration, & therefore everything else falls in. I now attend a Church of God that is a wonderful church, with a pastor who is all about Jesus, but I need to remove my name from the LDS church's rolls.

I started waking up at 3:30 praying, reading the scriptures, and I became born again. My eyes were open to the truth and I saw how much of Mormon doctrine was contrary to the Bible. Please keep getting your story out there. Mormons are great, but this church/ religion does not give true heart transformation and ever lasting life.

The Lord redirected me and I was baptized as a born again Christian 6/21/24 the same day I was supposed to get sealed in the LDS temple. I am so thankful that I am not confused trying to understand Moses 7:8 in the Pearl of Great Price (Mormon scripture) which says that the Lord cursed the land with much heat that the barrenness thereof will go forth forever and there was a blackness that came upon the people of Canaan that they were despised among all people. I was in my mission praying about this and trying to understand why God would curse us to be hated. Thank God for freedom!

Incredible. Thank you. I joined the same year as yourself, did every calling I was asked to do, paid every dollar in tithing, went to the temple (overseas as we didn't have one then in Australia) and went back there to he married, gave everything I was then, to the church. Had children under the covenant. Then I read that same scripture in Galatians about the law and while reading, I was 'told' of church corruption. I sat stunned, I cried at this revelation, then a friend rang who was a member and she had received the same message at the exact same time. Then in a dream I was told what to do. So many things happened at church to reinforce that message before they x'd me for no longer believing in the prophet. It took only a moment to be excommunicated, but years to actualy leave the church in my heart and mind. It was painful. I was ostracised from my family and all friends were gone. No one enquired as to my welfare. They don't go after lost sheep. But I found Christ or He found me. ❤ I see the LDS church as a valuable stepping stone to the truth, for sincere seekers. 💖 The church is now prophet worship. Years after being x'd, I went back to the same temple, unable to go in so I sat on the steps and just prayed and said: 'I love you! ❤

I grew up in the church and never questioned it until I went through the temple before my mission. I can relate to the feeling of being physically ill. And when I went through, it was 2010, so the penalties had been taken out. And yet when I went through that first endowment, my whole being knew it was wrong. Body, mind and soul. I felt sick. I remember sitting in the celestial room with all my extended family and my aunt laughing because I looked like I was going to throw up. She said that’s normal, just keep coming back and you will feel better. Well I put that experience up as the first thing on my shelf, and I went on with things. Finished my mission, got married to my husband in the salt lake temple, accepted all the callings. But the temple never got better. I just learned how to ignore my feelings until one day, I just couldn’t anymore. The temple was my first wake up that something was wrong. I’m grateful to God He was patient with me.

A good friend of mine left the Mormon church after her initiation in the Temple. After striving for the purity required, she was shocked and disappointed. They wore special white garments and were lead to do secret handshakes thru the Veil (represented as a curtain) During the ceremony, she said it didnt feel right. God doesn't need secret handshakes. It reminded her of the Masonic rituals that she read about. After years of beibg spoonfed, in a LDS family, The reservations she felt at the temple led her to research deeper into the religion and doctrine. She and her sister, asked that their names be removed from the recorbooks of LDS. Through prayer and followers of Christ, they believe LDS is a cult, with dangerous higher teachings that Lucifer is Jesus's brother. The same higher teaching (but false teachings) of LDS, Masonic & even Catholicism: where lucifer is a church diety ... when you rise to their to their highest spoonfed teachings. Dont be deceived... these are dangerous cults that lead you AWAY from Christ Jesus 🙏 Pray for the truth to be revealed to all of them.

I was raised in the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Nebraska and left the church in my adulthood. This church is a splinter church that did not follow Brigham Young to Utah and stayed in Independence, MO. I discovered all of the lies they taught through my personal research for the truth, which included interviewing people like you who shared their testimonies with me. I know my father was ready to leave as well, however, he passed away suddenly before that happened. In an extremely long story short, I am very grateful to God for showing me the truth. I keep learning through my research and keep a record of my findings. I know God our Father and creator of everything, His Son Jesus Christ, and His Holy Spirit will lead me to the church I am meant to attend. It's been a long journey. We had a great time and I agreed to have missionaries come to my house. I was searching for a church home at that time and was grieving for my father who had passed. I went on a tour of the local temple and on the surface it seemed very wholesome and good. However, I felt the Holy Spirit lead me to investigate and I looked at their doctrine online. I didn’t join. I was also invited to the Jehovahs Witnesses and considered them as well at one point. But again, doctrine was an issue. I also went to Catholic school most of my life. Doctrine when compared to the KJV bible did not line up. I even considered the SDA church. No… I just study my Bible and pray and fast at home and seek His face. I have opted not to join any religion. I seeks relationship.

I remember(distinctly) that ALL my Mormon friends from the 50’s and onwards, ALWAYS said that the Book of Mormon, took precedence over The Bible, and as a result, Sola Scriptura, denominations, such as mine, regarded them as a cult. When that distinguishing factor was “lost” and/or delayed, Mormonism grew rapidly with their “new Jesus” and “family friendly” gospel. @@tessmoore3762 "They don't believe that Jesus was God manifest in the flesh, but that there are 3 separate beings." It depends on which book in the book of Mormon as to how God is portrayed. Abinadi portrays God very much the same way that orthodox Christians portray him. Was he correct? Yes, in a sense; for "God" in the Old Testament (and here) *is* YHVH, Jehovah, the very person that will be born as what Americans know as Jesus. That God/Jehovah has someone to pray TO is not manifest until the New Testament. This becomes clear enough at the baptism of Jesus and certainly reinforced at the stoning of Stephen where he sees God (the father) AND Jesus Christ. Two separate beings. The holy ghost is also a separate being, but being a spirit, remains invisible. Mosiah Chapter 13: 33 For behold, did not Moses prophesy unto them concerning the coming of the Messiah, and that *God should redeem his people?* Yea, and even all the prophets who have prophesied ever since the world began-have they not spoken more or less concerning these things? 34 Have they not said that *God himself should come down among the children of men, and take upon him the form of man,* and go forth in mighty power upon the face of the earth? 35 Yea, and have they not said also that he should bring to pass the resurrection of the dead, and that he, himself, should be oppressed and afflicted?

I'm beginning to think that it's the Evangelicals who don't study the Bible while they point fingers at LDS folk.

We aren’t saved by his death. It is finished means paid in full. The blood paid for our sins(mercy)…..but We are saved by his life(grace) Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.” Resurrected Christ in us, the hope of glory. His person living in us is salvation. “I shall abide in thy Son by faith and in thy way of worship by love forever” Faith works by love. Love fulfills the law. We are still under the law of Christ.

@@arscheerio wonderful question! His death won the victory of life after death, and eternity with God when our earthly life is over. Basically we were all going to be separated from God forever because of sin (which I’m sure you can see the world is a mess because of humanity’s inclinations) and we never would have been reconciled to Him if Jesus hadn’t sacrificed His life. His resurrection-now that was exciting too!!! Through His resurrection and return to His place in Heaven, He was able to then send His own spirit into all who believe in Him, and make His home not just WITH us, but IN is. He released supernatural gifts and gave us the power to be even closer to Him and to be made into His likeness-His death is counted as OUR sacrifice now! So God sees us a redeemed, as though we ourselves made that sacrifice. So powerful! My grandfather and grandmother were Mormon. My grandfather was a Elder in the church, I remember going to Sunday worship with my grandma, and when she died, my father started taking us children to the Mormon church, I think he did it for my grandfather, when I was in high school I had to start going to seminary before school I asked what is the man on the cross mean and he said it’s just symbolism, I’ve been baptized for the dead in the temple somewhere around San Francisco or Oakland for at least five dead people when I was 12 years old with a group of other kids. It seems all those years I had hate, and demons in me, the hypocrisy and control, the things they wanted me to believe and the book of Mormon did not line up with the Bible, the bishop wife told me three generations would have to be cleansed (perish) because the sins of my father. When I was 16 I went and had a hamburger with a boy nothing happened, but I got dragged to the bishops office put on a chair in the middle room surrounded by five or six men one was the bishop the rest I think were Elders and they screamed all sorts of profanity, but the one I remember the most was your a whore, they would actually take turns following and watching the ones they thought were troublemakers (the one’s who questions their teachings) my father forced us into this religion I hated, while he cheated and beat my mother’s, I ran away at 16, but there was hope . now I’m a born-again Christian and demons flee from the Lord‘s presence in me. Jesus personally had to come to me and have a one on one to save me through the Holy Spirit in a prayer language I did not know of until I was speaking a foreign language I could not control, but there was witnesses about 50(remember, I was raised Mormon. I was not taught these things), which all I heard was babbling, and then a flood of words I do not understand, then it got quiet and then I was standing in the presence of the Lord, who is light and he held me I could feel the love so such love and I felt so unworthy, dirty, and evil how could he love me and he said it’s going to be all right over and over again, then everything went like in reverse back to babbling freaked me out then they showed me in the Bible what happened to me. That’s my story of God’s love he really does go after that one lost sheep

Satan is defeated by The Blood of JESUS, and The Word of our testimony, and we die to self.. Revelations 12:11. God bless this brave man's testimony. I pray it sets many others free from the lies of the Father of Liars. (John 8:44). New life is in The Blood. Religion often holds people captive to lies, and separates us from GOD. But, as I look at our Wonderful Saviour, as He was, on The execution stake, I am reminded that it was His love for you and me that He suffered - the penalty of our sins, taken by the only sinless One - I am forever reminded by those nail-pierced hands holding His outstretched arms of love and forgiveness calling us back to our True, Righteous and Holy Father in Heaven. To whosoever, come! The temple of God is The Body of believers In Christ. When we acknowledge our sin to God and thank Him for JESUS paying the price of our sin by the shedding of His blood on the stake at Calvary, Israel. If we sincerely turn away from sin to JESUS, then He, by His Spirit comes in to live with us. So, our body then becomes the 'temple' of The Holy Spirit. Now, we are born-again, out of sin, into God's family. We are NEW creatures - old things have passed away. GOD is Spirit and we have been made in His image. But we inherited sin, from Adam and Eve, and because of sin, we were actually separated from GOD. But, praise GOD, while we were still sinners, Yeshua Ha Mashiach, JESUS The Messiah, died for us - the ungodly. It's so wonderful to hear of. captives being set free from the deception of The Adversary. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by The Word of GOD. (Romans 10:17). I have often found that 'religions' quote (should say 'mis-quote') The Bible, if they can twist it to say what they want. But, for me, whenever anyone tells me something about GOD, I ask where in God's Word does it say so? Also, it's a very serious thing to GOD to add or take away from His Word. (See Revelations 22:18,19; Proverbs 30:5,6) If you are a Truth seeker, you have every right to have your questions answered, especially if you're seeking GOD. This is why I love The Bible, GOD's Word: We can know The Truth - Everyone who does evil hates things hates the light and avoids it, so that his actions won't be exposed. But everyone who does what is true comes to the light, so that all may see that his actions are accomplished in GOD. (John 3:20,21) If they are trusting in GOD, He is The Light - there is no darkness in Him.. . As King Solomon said, by The Spirit of The Almighty: GOD will bring to judgement everything we do, including every secret, whether good or bad. (Ecclesiastes 12:14)

I felt sad for them, bread and water is prisoner rations, I thought. The forgiveness of sins is in Jesus Christ shedding his blood and thats one of the purposes for communion, to rememberwe have been blood bought and forgiven. They are under such oppressive rules, no freedom from sin, and prisoner rations. Pray for their freedom.

I sat in on a missionary lesson with a young man learning the gospel last night. The Spirit of God testified with such bold strength that Joseph Smith was called as a prophet of God. He was and is a prophet of God. I do not have a testimony of polygamy, but that is not a practice of The Church of Jesus Christ at this time, and it is not asked of me. However, I can see a purpose to build up a righteous generation quickly as it was used in Joseph’s time or Abraham’s time, but for the sake of argument, let’s in theory agree that polygamy is not of God and it’s a sin. A sin would not prevent Joseph Smith from being called of God or restoring the Church or translating the plates of The Book of Mormon. Adam transgressed, Noah got drunk, Lot slept with his daughters, Abraham lied and said his wife was his sister, David committed adultery and killed a man, Moses killed a man, Peter had plenty of issues and denied Christ three times. The Church of God has been led by imperfect men since the beginning of time. Jesus Christ is the only sinless man. The restoration of God’s church is upon the earth and mankind will get closer to God by living the gospel of Jesus Christ and making sacred covenants and through priesthood ordinances of baptism and temple work than by any other means on this earth. The Spirit of God testifies of Joseph Smith being called of God as a prophet to restore His Kingdom to the earth and it is a permanent and eternal fact. It is a fact that can be tested and witnessed by those with a broken heart and a contrite spirit. Please repent of your sins, we all sin daily and we need the atonement of Jesus Christ and through prayer with our Father in Heaven and the power and influence of the Holy Ghost that will come to those seeking in faith, and you will be blessing your ancestors by the work you will be doing for them in the temples of our Lord.

@@susandixon3790 - I was where you are until 2019. All that you testified of I believed. It isn’t the sins of men or their faults that led me away from the LDS faith. Mormonism says “We believe the Bible to be the word of God as far as it is translated correctly”. Paul preached that we are saved by grace and not by works. When we speak of someone’s works it is a form of boasting. Grace is a gift therefore it cannot be earned. The Book of Mormon says we are saved by grace too. The difference is when Joseph smith wrote the Book of Mormon he added “after all we can do”. John 3:16 says For God so loved the world that he gave His only son that whosoever believes in him will have life eternal. The JS translation of the Bible was completed before he died. That being the case he never changed the part about Grace. There are many other things he didn’t change either. I don’t want to get into a strong debate about what your feelings tell you. The scriptures say that the heart can deceive you. The problem with Mormonism is you can pretty much back up Anything you want with scripture since you’re using not only the Bible, but the book of Mormon, the doctrine and covenants, and the pearl of great price. The book of Abraham, of course wasn’t a translation as the church was teaching, and had nothing to do with Abraham or doctrine. When you stick with the holy Bible and don’t bring in Mormon, literature, or Mormon scripture, you’ll come to learn who Jesus is and how to receive salvation. Salvation doesn’t come through baptism after someone dies, or excepting a gospel in another life. Paul even warned that if we or anybody else comes and teaches any other gospel than what we preached let them be a cursed. I did that for many years until the Holy Spirit taught me the truth. It wasn’t a warm, fuzzy, feeling that Mormons talk about. It was simply a gentle movement out of Mormonism and into Christianity and a relationship with Jesus Christ . I hope you are willing to listen to the gospel of Jesus Christ and leave the falsehood of Mormonism. I encourage you to repent of the false teachings you believe and give your life to the Lord Jesus Christ God bless you in this journey.

These interactions did not soften my heart but built further pride that kept me from seeing who Jesus really is. But 25 years later He opened my eyes and rescued me, He was so patient with me. I was born into mormonism. At forty years old, I was the gospel doctrine teacher in the adult sunday school. One Sunday, I heard the voice of the Lord tell me, "You are finished here." I went home and prayed about it. I called the bishop and resigned my position and never went back. For 20 years, I prayed to the Lord. "What would you have me do," Every day. My answer came back the same. "Be still." The doctrine of works was such a deep part of my life. It kept me stuck. The Lord was very patient with me. Then, one day, I asked the question again what should I be doing? The Lord answered. "I want you to love others the way I love you." It sounded simple enough, but loving the fallen race of Adam is the tallest order I could have been given. Now, when I pray, I ask the Lord how I can deliver his love to those I will meet that day. After ten years it is getting easier. Jesus is God. God became man and died as a man for my sins for my sake. Jesus was raised from the dead 3 days later, having conquered death and sin. Those who accept this simple testimony become sons and daughters of God. Man does not become God. God desires relationship, not religion.

Just came from reading Hebrews 1 - In the past God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son... Reading the Bible is paramount 🙂

@@Carolyn-LB I don’t get what makes the Bible the “Word of God.” God would write a much better book. Now I’m now “dissing” the Bible, it has beautiful accounts of men seeking God. The God I have come to know in my 45 years is much greater and far more righteous and loving than is described of Him in the Bible. He would NEVER command anyone to go kill men, women and children. And He would never expect one who is good to be sacrificed for the bad choices of others. There are verses in the Bible that support this.

@@aveleedeleon7694 the Holy Spirit told men what to write and also sometimes showed them. If you knew that all flesh had been corrupted and many were sacrificing their babies in the fire to moloch, yes God did tell them to put a stop to it and not let that cancer grow. God is a Holy God and can’t accept or look on sin. After He sent Jesus to be our sacrifice for sin, He (God), looks at us who live for Jesus through Jesus’ blood. That is the only way He can deal with our imperfectness. God is God..He makes the rules, not us.

@@aveleedeleon7694the old was a war for the seed. No more war needed. Their seed was corrupt. God commanded they be killed. It is shadows and types for demons who live in us. We are called to kill the demons. They killed human enemies(Satan works through people) we kill spiritual enemies now. Satans goal was always to kill the seed. Noah was only one left at one point. Notice how he tried to have Jesus killed as a baby.

Long ago, when I was a nineteen year old nursing student in Montreal,a friend became a Mormon and I attended some home classes to learn more. I knew little of the Bible and nothing about being born again. Somehow what the Mormons spoke about did not seem True. One day, going into Eaton's department store, I saw an entire table with stacks of Billy Graham's book, 'Peace with God". 😊I bought a copy, and read every single Scripture verse. At the end, I read, "Choose this day who you will serve". That was 1962. God had great mercy on me and gave me faith to believe in the Lord Jesus.

I just prayed to God about this, i told Him that I want to know about Mormons and I now I saw this very detailed explanation of someone who was devoted and active in serving then explaining how it is not a true church of God. This is the longest testimony I watched from this channel. God really answered me and made sure it is also clear that I will not be deceived 💜 how amazing is He, when He wants you to learn and know Him and know which ones are pretending to be Him! Thank You Lord 💜

Michael so happy to find you. My wife and I were “members” for 8 years. Long story but I was active duty Air Force. During the out of control growth of the 80s in S CA we escaped. I went to a 3 month school and when returning my wife said I don’t want to go any more. One of the Bishop councilors advised me to divorce my wife. Church? Wife? Stake President (good friend) didn’t know what to tell me. We left!!! I grew up 10 miles from Palmyra , NY. Never heard of Mormon church. Mormon temple and Masonic temple words are EXACTLY the same! I have several friends that left the Masons. The enemy is here to kill, steal and destroy. I have since had MANY encounters with God including His presence. My wife watched as I dreamt. I woke up shaking like a baby.
