Renovating First Ontario Centre makes sense, it's not like Hamilton needs a brand new arena since there is no major sports tenant. Overhauling the existing building is much better bang for the buck. Saskatoon should take note.
I thought this was really going to focus on stadium/arena building. Appreciated the insight otherwise.
