It is Dr M who betrayed Anwar when he refused to hand over the PM post as agreed, after Anwar became an MP, when PKR won the most seats. The latest GE, Dr M and his party was soundly defeated in his own constituency losing all his deposit. His own constituency rejected him, and he never became a force to reckon with anymore. When he chose to betray the unity government and became the third force, he should've consider the tragic ending. Was he "FOUND" guilty or was the guilt prepared and placed only for pronouncing. No finding was necessary. Several others were let off despite incriminating evidence. In those cases too the Judges "FOUND" no case to answer and insufficient evidence.

Guilty or not-guilty is for the justice system to decide based on the EVIDENCE...but unfortunately the "crime" can always be because of moving funds, unfortunately for lack of lengthy procedures and sometimes with notification to certain levels of leadership but these are often denied or not valid in the financial process. While some process maybe unilaterally Right..its not approved so it's a crime. Nevertheless it's for the accused to have proper process APPROVED and LEGAL in all aspects if not they have to face the music. But only the benefactors, the people, know what is RIGHT although the money might have been diverted from another project...As long as there is no self gratification it should be seen as improper but not a crime.

When a court keep charging and sentencing ministers,, critics are sarcastic and call the country full of corrupted politicians. When a country never charge any minister of corruption. it is called a clean and honest country. Malaysia should stop charging ministers as it is bad publicity. Learn from others and just have board of inquiry and let the PM to decide.
