That's true. I agree - it is in the political figure's interest to provide the service, should not be subjected to laws to do so. Good one Mrs Villar - selfless act. On Divorce/Annulment, yep it is very expensive. There is also a conflict of interest in here with Catholics obviously. But should look into the greater interest of the society. On Tobaccos, true demand is inelastic. It is not the government's fault why it increases tax. It is only protecting the general welfare of the society.

I like that she is against the privatization of public or government hospitals. Our government is supposedly rich (because the government's income is from taxpayers' taxes) and should be able to provide a large sum of money for the development and maintenance of public hospitals. And she is correct that the idea of profit from a private or semi-private hospital would be inevitable.

Fair point there Mrs Villar. I think there should be a limit on TV appearances during the election period. COMELEC should look into these for the next election. Equality. Off topic: Is it just me or is there like "Rigodon de Honor" of parties every election? Creating differing factions/alliances. It be better to have two clear major parties: the one sitting in the government, and the opposition. Nice idea on centralisation of government - need a representative of OFWs.

I agree with Mrs Villar on the privatisation of hospitals. There will always be the motive of earning profits (business eh). Better to strengthen the framework of our public health. Agree again on the Agriculture bit. There should be a record on charities! Is there no COMPLIANCE LAW in Philippines on this? How can we track donations then? Should look into this. If Mrs Villar can't handle her finances that well, how can we trust her to handle the whim of Philippine's? Negative marking here.

I also like her idea of having a separate government agency that will cater to the OFWs. She is correct, instead of letting the DOLE and DFA take care of the OFWs, why not let a singular department focus on the affairs and problems of OFWs.
