I also do not believe HRD Corp can discharge its duties. 1% of all employers payroll every month. Net free cash of RM1 billion a year. These people are busy thinking how to siphon out the excess cash. This is robbing all employers in Malaysia.

If we don't protect our whistle blowers there will be reluctance to come forward in the future . If the people are to do the right thing and report wrong doing to law enforcement agencies then these people have to be protected .
