That 'other than hazards' question can really confuse people lol. Don't forget people struggling to think on that one, its pretty much anything but hazards such as: Have I done my take 5? Have I had my pre start meeting? Have I read the minutes of the last meeting? Have I done my pre start? Have I checked the log history for faults? Do I know when to stop to have my breaks? Have I signed off on a SWMS? Have I confirmed my tasks with my supervisor? All those examples I've marked as correct with a WHS inspector present, no problems at all. Almost literally 'anything but an actual hazard'.

Yeah that one and the 'employers duty of care' that gets confused with 'You are newly licenced, what should your employer provide before you operate a forklift...."
