Should I apologize even if it's not my fault?

During the program Br. Amin elaborates that if we want people to forgive us for our mistakes, then we should be quick to forgive others for their mistakes too. Everyone makes mistakes, and it is our duty as Muslims to be forgiving and understanding of others as we wish for Allah (SWT) to be of us!
