I love it. what a great job. I am just getting started forging myself and I love watching your videos. You keep saying "I dont wanna bore you", but actually the more I see of the process, the more it helps me understand how to do it. Keep 'em coming.

An ingenious use of materials, the hammer provided the perfect amount of metal for both sides.

Really great, was just looking back through my old liked videos, always wondered why you didn't drift the eye to a tapered circle to make it easier to replace the handle in the bush, either way, lovely work 👍

Oh man, even if you weren't going for beauty, that is one handsome tomahawk in my opinion! Great job, sir.

Great project! One nit to pick is that isn't a tomahawk, it's an axe, due to the method of hanging out on the haft. Doesn't take away from the finished product necessarily, but it isn't as well suited to throwing this way.

@@oldsouthforge831 *Wrong. I live smack dab in the Middle of West Nebraska. We have more guns here than people and I probably own more guns than you do. I taught Hunter Safety for the State of Nebraska for almost 20 years. I've shot competitively at many levels, including National Match Palma, (I loaded and reloaded match ammo for the team for more than a few years). (173 grain BTHP) I've been involved in all facets of the shooting sports, including the hunting & self-defense training and safe handling almost all my life. I have literally taught thousands of kids & young adults how to safely and effectively handle firearms. I cancelled my NRA Membership several years ago, because I refuse to support a corrupt organization that employs screwballs like Ted Nugent & grifters like Wayne La Pierre. Not to mention the Russian Mob money they've been laundering..I've never carried concealed or open carried unless I was hunting, or at the range.. It's people like you marching around with your little guns on display or hidden in your jacket pocket, that give the rest of Us good gun owners a bad name. Unless you live in the middle of South Chicago or St. Louis, "after dark", It's retarded, elitist, dangerous and stupid.*
