They used to keep cows at home to only get shudh cow piss because they did not know how it gives milk also. Hindu kids never liked to drink cow piss but had no other option because of parent pressure. Then they looked at their Sikh friends who used to drink lassi made from cow milk. Their Sikh friends used to give them lassi. When these Hindu kids grow up they missed that lassi but there is no other option than begging because of poor family. They started shouting lassi at any Sikh to beg for lassi because only Sikhs can provide this rich classic cold beverage of Panjab.
