@@psykomanteum1374 The real Sora from OpenAI is not currently available as an iOS app. It's still under development and access is limited for testing purposes.

Can’t wait to make my own Lord of the Rings movies. Combine this with elevenlabs and truly amazing things are possible.

@@infini.tesimo Nothing in AI takes that long, everything moves really fast in this industry. Literally this time last year, I thought we were 5 years away from seeing anything ready to come out like Sora AI or VEO this year, and the first literally could be coming out within a month or two from now. Suno AI has a competitor now as well for music, and that's moving faster than expected. In AI, things that look like 3-6 years could literally be 6 months from now, and I'm not joking either, I'm dead serious. Where I do agree, is how long it could take to make a really good full length movie that's 90-120 minutes long. That might take a few years, but who knows, I think we'll be making 10 minute clips within 6-18 months from now.

I can’t wait, I’ve entered my info into the waitlist form for google’ veo, but I still haven’t got an email back yet.

Given the current trajectories and the historical patterns of similar AI technologies, it is reasonable to estimate that both VEO and Sora could be available for the general public within the next 2-3 years, assuming no major hurdles arise during their development and testing phases. The timeline could be shorter if the technologies advance rapidly and meet safety and quality benchmarks sooner than expected.

The major problem with Ai besides the perspective issues, Anatomy, shape theory is that it can't truly see what its generating nor while its generating

My hope is with these competitors coming out that it drives one of them to rush to get theirs out this summer. If I'm Sora AI, I'm freaking out right now that Google has one planned because whoever comes out first will win this war. I don't think none of them can afford to wait until the fall at this point. Hold your breath, cross your fingers behind your back, pinky swear, then once the pent up need to get your hands on it, you take a loan out on your residence, make the payment and receive your copy of their 6000 page installation documents. Also, you will need a beast type computer system, with all the latest hardware. Good luck. I'm been waiting for LTX for 6 months. No answer.😂

As fascinating as this is, i'm increasingly concerned about the huge level of naive/ignorance at play in not understanding the various negative impacts at play with these 'tools'. From the job displacement(the sheer amount of people who currently provide art/video editing/creation as a service for a living) to the mis-information or scamming and theft that would be made possible on day one. The video/audio evidence that our justice systems are built upon is out the window(given the burden of on the prosecution), the daily footage of middle eastern conflict now able to be drummed up. The list goes on and on. And it seems to be countered in how much fun we can all have now doing whatever it is we mean to do. Again i'm as excited as the next person about al this stuff, but i'm also existed about nuclear fission. I try to see both sides I suppose. Not seeing enough of that with all this new news.

That's like an AI influencer. They don't really exist yet the people who created them and gave them life are now raking in thousands of dollars every month on their AI's. There are a lot of porn AI's that are bringing in $11,000 or more a month! That's totally crazy to me.

None of them, sora included can brag about what they can do, until they release it to everyone and then have to withstand demand. If they can withstand demand and still do 60 min video, then they can brag. Until then, they can’t say they can do this. Because if they can’t do it when everyone has it, then they can’t do it.
