here’s a fun fact: when i was young, i used to be OBSESSED with R5. like. i was convinced i’d marry Ross Lynch. at that time, i had began writing songs. and before this came out, i had wrote a song that started like- “oh no, here we go. running back to start the show chasin you since i was seven now i am a super star” (not the exact words, but you get it) and i kid you not. the beginning of my song was sang the exact way the beginning of this was. when i first heard this song, i was so upset. i was seriously telling my parents i wanted to sue

Disney had to put it cuz they promoted them, I mean, R5 signed with Hollywood Records, the record belongs to Disney Group Music, which at the same time belong to the company of Disney Channel, so they had to put it in Disney. In addition, their managers accepted the lyric of this song as it was, so they didn't felt dirty at the moment, but honestly, I don't think it's dirty, really I think it's more like to have fun, hang out, live life, not 'cause the song says they drunk or had a crazy night means it was or it will be! :) Just my opinion ;)
