    Hey Troy awesome demo! Cool to see a KTR on your board man! Hey I was wondering I know your foot is often by your volume pedal and any pedals around that say Pog, Deep, Six and King of Tone are easy to click on and off cause your foots already there. But for the other pedals that aren’t by your foot Superbolt, Julia, Kilt, KTR have you considered running them through the Mastermind? So you can add certain overdrive pedals at some times and also change your delay and verb settings? Sorry I know that’s a lot but it could make your set up even more versatile. Just a suggestion great tutorial though!

  • @GuitarforHISGlory

    @GuitarforHISGlory

    5 жыл бұрын

    Strymons are controlled by the Mastermind. Nothing else can be plugged into that particular model (might be thinking of the Mastermind PBC--I have the LT). A the Mini Effects Gizmo can be added to expand the LT and do exactly what you're saying! All that said, I don't like having those pedals in the loop. I like to have complete control; that is, not confined by the loop pedal. And....with that said, one day I might dive into that world, simply because I'm curious. Right now, this setup affords the right amount of flexibility for my needs. Hope that makes sense!

    Hey Troy, i have been loving your videos ever since the first one I watched a couple weeks ago. I have a question though. Have you ever did a guitar part for Praise you in this Storm? I live in North Carolina and we just went through a hurricane. My pastor wants to do this song this weekend. So, my buddy who is the worship leader will be playing acoustic guitar and that will be the only other instrument. I am looking to add an electric guitar part. I am an alright guitarist but I am not good at figuring out guitar parts on my own and heavily rely on youtube to help me with them. For this song specifically I can't seem to find anything for an added guitar part. Any suggestions or help would be awesome. Keep up the great work for Christ man and lets make a joyful noise.

    As I look at the list of top 25 songs of 2000's I remember that those years were not very friendly to electric guitars. I was thinking of Tomlin songs like OUR GOD, YOUR GRACE IS ENOUGH, Steve Fee's GLORY TO GOD FOREVER. Maybe some Matt Redman or older Hillsong stuff.

    @@GuitarforHISGloryI learned to play in the '70s when there was no sheet music and no instructional videos. I learned the songs exactly as played by the artists so I appreciate your video teaching that. My team leader says to do whatever I feel so on this song I would freestyle it because there are no defining riffs and my old brain can only hold so much new stuff lol.
