Love those old marine costumes! Especially the deathwing commander in the inquisitor one and the space wolves termies!

This really goes a long way to point up the GWAR aspect of 40k

Totally amazing, wish they had a whole movie in this style. Really don't like the cgi or animated things they do now adays very much.

I shall use this when someone tells me 40k in the 90s was more serious and grimedark

So the footage is from mixture different live action 40K projects, a good portion of it is from the limited release film Inquisitor which was made using clips of a pitch video for games workshop to make a 40K movie. The film itself also had clips for other projects that to my knowledge never got released Hive wars and blood God sadly these films would never come to fruition. The other two major sources is the space crusade commercial which was a partnership between games workshop in Milton Bradley to make a board game and live action cutscenes from the game final liberation Warhammer 40,000 epic.
