No ma’am, they have to be in the bag they was sent in because they scan the code to determine if you have the correct item from the return list.

And I agree I don’t mind using the USPS cause I’m not keeping clothes I’m not wearing. I haven’t been in a forever 21 in years. Are they still catering to the curvy girls 😏 I do have something to return just for me to check it out.. thanks for this video sis
