Thank you. This video is from Forestella concert in Seoul, Korea on June 18, 2023.Forestella is on a nationwide tour from June 18th. I was at that place. They sang this new song for the first time on this day. We fell in love the first time we heard this song. I'm glad you listened to this song.

I first reacted to an Acapella song they did, so I thought that's all they did at first. Boy, was I wrong..They can do ANYTHING! Cheers! It even gives me old Gospel group vibes a little. I mean that in a very good way. My mother used to listen to it when I was little and it takes great skill!

This original video of Forestella is the third part of their trilogy. Please listen in this order. Save our lives Utopia White night. If you want hear them sing in Flawless French, listen to cover of Je suis Malade. They have many Italian covers. Nella Fantasia and Parle de Piano are my personal favorites. Their Spanish numbers “ Despacito “ and Maldita sea mi suerte” are very popular. They have so many english covers covering Queen, Michael Jackson, Ed Sheeran, Lady Gaga etc. They are a “ Crossover” group spanning multiple genres and languages all executed with perfection.

They've met at a TV audition program called "Phantom Singer 2" which finds the best male cross-over quartet in South Korea in 2017 for the first time. These 4 guys were included(survived) in the final 12 singers among hundreds of applicants. And, the program PD divided those 12 amazing singers into 3 groups as the singers want. And, guess what? They (FORESTELLA = Forest + Stella(star)) won this contest!!! When they sing on the stage, they normally set their positions like this. I just loooooved your reaction to this music video….I wish it was longer! These were live performances recorded and used in the video …notice the change of clothes halfway! To update a couple of things both Ko Woorim (28) the bass singer (1st on left) and Cho MinGyu ( their leader , a leggiero tenor and 3rd from left) are fully trained Opera Singers with a Masters Degree in Voice, obtained through the prestigious Seoul National University College of Music. Both were searching for better ways to express their musical tastes, hence the auditioning for that Phantom Singer 2nd Series in 2017 where they met the other 2 members. Kang HyungHo ( aka PITTA incl 2nd PITTA member LeeYongWoo…his solo activity) 35, the 2nd from left is a tenor soprano and University graduate with a degree in chemical engineering and 4 years chemical research experience , but no formal music education due to lack of family support. He has nevertheless self-developed his incredible vocal range and has been in rock bands as front man and guitarist entering competitions over the years. Phantom of the Opera ( dual roles) was part of his repertoire and used his version to audition. This was his last ditch effort in 2017 to see if he had what it took amongst these classically trained singers. See KZread video FORESTORY for his viral audition ..and the other 3! You already reacted to his later performance on MBN’s Lotto Singer which has over 6million views..Finally, Bae Doohoon (37) baritone tenor with pop, rock & r&b versatility has a Bachelor Degree of Music in Voice for Musical Theatre and acting. Has always wanted to be on a big stage as a singer …currently appearing in the musical RENT.
