It's not going to be easy to arrest this guy because one group is after him, then those who helped him to escape keep on telling him what the plan is, so that he can go further. The department of correctional services needs to investigate itself first because that is where the rot is.

I think it's fairly obvious: the deceased knocked himself a deadly blow to the back of the head, then lit the fire, and hey presto.
