First of all thank you for using thakali cuisine. I am very proud and happy to watch this video. And since i am thakali i want to share a few things i know. 1. The sukuti is actually not sun dried. And as you mentioned it is mutton we do not eat or sell buff. Those are dried in shade and smoked with different kind of woods. 😊 2. And yes we eat them with only salt and timor in our culture too like marianne said. 😊 3. The blood sausages contain very finely chopped liver, heart, kidneys, other intestines with blood, salt and again timour and filled in the colon of the sheep. And it is also eaten in breakfast with a side of eggs and tea. It is also a very important dish that shows love and respect if we make it when we have a party. ☺️☺️☺️ Thank you! 🙂
