Foreigners First Time in Tagaytay 🇵🇭 INSANE Volcano View From Our Room
Kumusta KZread fam,
Welcome to a new episode here in the Philippines. Continuing on the production series here in Tagaytay, we arrived at the 2nd oldest hotel in the Philippines - the oldest hotel in Tagaytay called Taal Vista Hotel. In order to capture the best experience, we stayed in a luxurious upgrade at the contemporary and sophisticated Premier Rooms with a balcony that connects you to the extravagant view with view of the Taal volcano and lake.
Apart from the magnificent view from our room, we also had the opportunity to dine in the hotel's restaurant and tried a local famous dish Bualalo and which was hands down one of my favourite soups in the Philippines on par with sinigang. The experience is followed by a relaxing 90 minutes massage and day tour on the following day, with a city tour visiting Ilog Maria, Cornerstone Pottery, Gourmet Farms, and Mahogany Market where locals buy the beef cut for Bualalo.

Justin and Alina - Pakbet is a mix of local vegetables like eggplant, squash or pumpkin, bitter gourd, okra, string beans, tomatoes with fish paste and pork slowly cooked till all are done.
hello kamusta justin and alina! enjoy your stay in our country! thank you for choosing our country! best of luck and god bless!
For future restaurant suggestions: - Have ‘buffet’ breakfast at Balay Dako. Don’t forget to try their piaya. - Farmer’s Table - For special occasion/special date like anniversary - Antonio’s (NOT Breakfast at Antonio’s) You can also have a hot bath in a giant basin (kawa) at La VeryOl’s Kawa Spa
It's nice to see you both are frugal when shopping, don't buy in excess only what is needed or you can consume. The locals when they see foreigners they get overly excited and overly attentive. Just say no, smile and go to the next stall far away from theirs.
We wish you all the best in your lives. God bless you.
Hi Justin and Alina first like to thank you for choosing Philippines am really happy to see you both enjoying your stay and also the food...i salute you justin for not being shy to show your affection for Alina...enjoy more
Tagaytay is famous also for banana señorita, chocolate tablea and sweet pineapples enjoy!!
Congratulations, 20K subscribers woohoo!!!
Just enjoy the cool weather. No need to spend on overrated fancy restaurants. 😇
Men! Thats a gorgeous hotel!!! Much more gorgeous than hotel here in usa! What a gorgeous nature on your balcony!! My friends went to that country and they were impressed in Vigan city i think. Dont know where part is that, they just told us how amazing vacation they had there!😂 soon we will visit there too! Hoping to meet you there guys!😂
23:56 Taal Mahogany Market that's where Mergim Vlogs went recently to eat Bulalo. 😄👍
So glad I sAW UR VLOG. IT CONVINCED ME TO CHOOSE TAAL LODGE AS THE HOTEL WE WILL STAY WHEN I COME TO TAGAYTAY COME MAY 2024!!!THANK YOU JUSTIN AND ALINA!!!
That is cool place u have . Just explore phils and enjoy bro
Tagal Vista is the OG hotel of Tagaytay! As much as the hotel in your last vlog was beautiful, you usually go to Tagaytay for the views. Anila will be good if you plan to stay indoors and take advantage of the amenities. Was this a sponsored vlog? Love Ilog Maria products. Their propolis keeps us healthy. I love their lotion as well (all natural) and their leather wax.
If you have time try to visit Marinduque or Oriental Mindoro this coming Holy Week for Moriones Festival. But the most popular in Moriones festival is in Marinduque.
Thanks for sharing this and touring us around there 😊. Cheers for more adventures 🥂. Take care always ❤️
If you are looking for cheap food options, try the pares at food carts around Tagaytay. Also look for Bayani Tapsi since you love silog meals.
Done watching all of your videos! hope you enjoy staying here in the Philippines😊 balut challenge with alina 😂
The two of you are so cute to watch, i always remember my daughter & her boyfriend on both of you( with free spirit & just happy). Stay blessed from ireland.
You must try that LECHON PAKSIW thats 1 of the best and underrated meal. Because its expensive to do
Once you guys are still there. You should try Gotong Batangas ❤️
Very nice. Stop by Cebu when you guys have a chance.
Hi Justin, the chicken is searching for food for her chick that is why she's digging and scracthing the ground leaves. Chickens do that to search for morsels like worms, insects and anything edible for them. I see that you and Alina did enjoy Tagaytay adventure.
Met you both on arrival video and now on this Targatay tour. Intrigued by your comment "Wonder why the hen, chic are throwing leaves about?"at he farm tour!Easy to tell a city born, bred guy like our Justin! That's how they get insects, grubs for their meal! Nice video nonetheless, greetings from Kenya, thanks.
grabe! avocado is 180 pesos in tagaytay? here in our place, 5 pesos each, grabe na talaga ang mga negosyente, subrang mahal magbenta gusto agad yumaman! hahaha😅😅😅

it gets expensive when it travels, what with fuel prices and middleman price increases. where are you from so if I go there I'll look for avocado?

@@oxoelfoxo subra naman yan, its over price for sure, hope government can controll our pricing, specially fruits, and daily needs🤪 nigosyante ka ng prutas? hope yumaman ka agad, at kawawa kaming mamimili, sana masaya ka sa ginagawa mo!🤪🤪🤪

@@oxoelfoxo sige! ikaw ang bintahan namin 5 pesos each, may 3 puno kami sa gilid ng bahay namin, malaki ang isang piraso 3 for 1 kilo, tapos ibinta mo dyan ng 180 per kilo, para malaki ang kita mo, bigla kang yumaman.

yeah the avocado price was high, maybe it depends on customer, if the customer is foreigner they ask for a higher price, initial price is definitely high at first but its under negotiations 😂, customer must know how to make "Tawad" hehehe. Look on strawberry price at first its 180, then become 170, when customer isn't interested they lower it to 150 hahaha
Welcome back in the Philippines brother
Chicharong Bulaklak are intestines from.cow that is boiled till tender then fried until it's super crispy. It's more of a bar chow or best accompaniment of beer .
Another great adventure
Hope both of you are enjoying Tagaytay. Did you know the Bulalo soup is expensive because it has the bone marrow in it? Bulalo is "bone marrow" and that is the highlight of the dish. I didnt see you eat the bone marrow. Another local dish solely in Tagaytay you might want to try is the "small fish" ONLY found in Taal Lake. And you probably got a good look at the Taal Volcano, it is active, from the beautiful viewpoint from your patio hotel, right? I hope you're not missing this highlights. Enjoy and be safe.
Wow, another amazing video.
wow, love that cage dinner! You guys are so in love and romantic... enjoy your travels...
New subscriber here. Excited for your Sagada and Baguio travel vlog. Be safe and enjoy Philippines! 🫰🏽😊
Try avocado with milk, ice and a little sugar, yummy 😋
Wow I Love Taal Vista Hotel too 🥰 T You should Visit twin lakes hotel too or escala tagaytay 🥰
Enjoy your visit to tagaytay
Hello & enjoy your stay!!😍😍😊😊👍👍
waiting 🤟
Ive been to tagaytay last month. You should visit People's Park and Windmill Lausanne. My personal best spot so far...
Have fun and enjoy your day ❤❤
If you like volcanos you guys should go down to Bicol and see the majestic mayon volcano. It just towers over everything else in the area with its perfect cone shape. I don't see many vloggers going there though, I wonder why?

Thanks!
Hello kamusta i love ur vlogs po so nice and funny more power too ur vlog guys❤😂
Taal Vista Hotel is an awesome hotel in Tagaytay. Their breakfast buffet is the best. I miss Tagaytay. 😎👍
My only recommend is to have fun wherever your destination will be. I love Phó also here in San Jose California ❤😊
Hi there, i think you mispelled the bulalo at your title...stay happy to both of you and enjoy more in the philippines
What a view
Twin lakes hotel is also nice
They have Bulalo soup Ang crispy Bulalo are sold in the carinderia up stairs.
True Elena I hate it when they pressure you to buy and rush you🙂
Pico de Loro is also owned by SM Group along with Taal Vista and Sky Ranch
Enjoy❤
Beautifulll👌
20k here we go
I just tried Cecilia’s Buko pie , a present from a neighbor from their trip to Tagaytay. It has many layers of buko and not very sweet, which is a welcome treat. Talking about buko pies, try Lety’s Buko Pie in Los Baños, Laguna. There are also great places to go to Laguna: Hot Springs resorts, UP Los Baños, Art Center, Mount Makiling a dormant volcano, etc. I enjoy watching your vlogs.
You should have bought coffee grounds/beans in mahogany market. The market is also known for it. Anyways enjoy your trip with your family in el nido. ❤
The bulalo in Mahogany market is the best bulalo and most affordable since the meat market is just there so the meat is always fresh (not frozen) . Too bad you didnt try it, hope you try it when you go back to Tagaytay. .
just subscribed to your channel stay safe and enjoy
So nice place.hopefully u will become husband n wife.u guys deserve each other
try sky ranch and bulalo hehe
The most fun part is the best test lol 😁
You should try go to Baguio or ifugao go to North part of the Philippines Batanes too are great.. von voyage.
alina fan here 😊
❤❤❤
Taal vista and pico de loro is under the same management.
For me Mahogany Market has the best Bulalo because the beef is always fresh from the market downstairs and they serve it in a soup pot with fire below it so your Bulalo soup will remain hot until the last drop of soup. I wonder why most high end restaurants do not serve it that way. You haven't visited the coffee store in there where they sell coffee beans at a very good price and they will grind it for you. Places you can visit there is the church on a hill Caleruega and Picnic Grove where you can bring food and sit on the grass while looking at the best view of the Taal Lake where the most active volcano (Taal Volcano) sits at the middle. The best way to eat avocado is scrape the fruit with a spoon bite size then put some Alaska condensed milk then put around 5 to 7 pieces tube ice and eat it as it is. Pardon our vendors they are too pushy because they want more sales. Alina is not used to this Asian market thing. I hope she is just fine. She is sensitive to smell of raw meat I think. She is not pregnant yet? That's usually a thing for pregnant women (very sensitive to bad smell). Nice to see little Justin and little Alina soon.
That's where I had my first honeymoon. The underground hotel.
tag- guy- thai😉
Eat for bulalo, bulalo is the dish
13:23 ayiiiiiiiiiiii sooo sweet
Getting a tour guide from the hotel is expensive. Bukyo/Tuktuk drivers are the best tour guides in Tagaytay. Most of them attend seminars. They will take u to the best places.
the bulalo at mahogany market is fresh and cheaper, they also give you unlimited bananas if you eat there
Ohh ilog maria xD been there but holy molly its been over a decade probably
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Way more adventurous when it comes to food than me
its funny how project where is very close by with Mergim vlogs but they arent meeting HAHAHAHA
Try to go in Northern Part @ Baguio City , summer capital .

Yes, planning to visit in April!
Sm is The owner of taal vista and pico de loro as well as the sky ranch.
🧡🧡🧡
FunFact: Do you know that the place where you stayed in is sitting on the original crater of the Taal Volcano, the small island where the current volcano that you can see within the Taal Lake was only formed after one of it's biggest explosions in the past.
Man you have to give tip to the people or persons giving you assistance they appreciated it much if your giving them a courtesy tip?
Mahogany Market's fruits and vegetables are expensive. The ones cheaper are in Mendez market and Tolentino East market.
close 20k subs..its so fast!.
I take propolis liquid it’s very good it’s part of my supplements 👍❤️
That’s hilarious having dinner outside but it’s cold lol😂how can you feel romantic dinner with ur girl lol😝😂🤣
Ta-Guy-Tie
Bubot HiLaw Pa... Means... Unripe!
I wonder what they do with the food at the end the day…upstairs the food court🙂
Hi
That’s 10,928.00 in peso to be exact.
There are more beautiful places here in the Philippines, let's take around all over the Philippines
Next Baguio
you should visit the baylosis squad
ILOG - Means "River" So "Maria River".
We watched some vloggers that went to Taytay came closed to the volcano?/mountain? Im not sure😂
Alert guys!!! Don’t let the vendors pick for you for simple reason. They will pick the very ripe one so be aware of that. Pick your own all the time.
🤭👍😁👍🫶❤️❤️❤️
