tama, sanaol my jowang supportive haha
Love hearing your "po" & "opo" when talking with the old folks there.
Go for 100K subs this year! Your girlfriend is very supportive as well. I hope you can learn tagalog as well and you both come here in the Philippines!

Your OPO melts my ❤😢 Filipino by heart! Thanks, Jared!
Maraming salamat. I also saw your tutorial and you teach how to speak proper Tagalog with "po" and "opo". 👍👍👏
Awesome Jared! You certainly capture Filipinos heart same as with your jowa Nichole. She's such a good sport and very supportive of your work. I one day wanna see her speak Tagalog as well. That will really captivate the hearts of Pinoys. A Latina speaking Tagalog will really be a big hit. Good luck and Mabuhay 🇵🇭
Everybody is talking about Filipino reaction and how fluent Jared is but I don’t see comments about Jared’s girlfriend being so supportive to him.

I guess they are no longer together, imagine she is Colombian but he is speaking Tagalog, that’s odd so possibly new girlfriend 😊
I like how supportive his girlfriend and understand that that's called communication to Filipinos
Galing mo talaga. Lalo dun sa 1st clip. Hehe
Galing! Keep it up pare! Let’s support Jared in spreading the good vibes.
Wow, your Tagalog is really fluent! It's always entertaining to see non-native speakers surprise people with their language skills 😳🤣! My wife is 🇵🇭, and I'm puti... we frequently shop in a big Mexican supermarket near the border. Everyone speaks to her in Spanish, which she doesn't understand at all, and I wind up translating from Spanish to Tagalog! We get a lot of bemused looks 😂

@@Jayyhartmann Nag-aaral pa lang akong magtagalog. I can understand news broadcasts, Wanted sa Radyo, and Filipino true crime podcasts... it gets a bit dicier to understand vernacular Tagalog spoken on the street. Due to laziness on my part, I speak mostly 'Taglish,' though I'm always trying to improve. I speak Spanish about as well as you speak Tagalog. English is my mother tongue.
Yes. I was born in the Philippines. Now living in Toronto. 😅 Pumunta ako dito sa Toronto when I was 13 years old. Kinuha ako nang mom ko. Nauna siya damating dito. I’ve been here for 32 years. I am now 45 years old, and I am proud to say, I can still speak Tagalog fluently. Kasi nag tagalog kami sa bahay. ❤❤❤
Woohoo! You're gaining lots of viewers and subscribers! Congrats and good luck with your channel! 🎉
Batangueño and Bulaqueño are perfect examples of what "'dialects" are. Both of them are variations within the Tagalog language.

Excellent video. I like reactions of the Filipinos
Galing!
Thank you Jared ❤❤❤❤❤. It's awesome. God Bless
Brother. Nkita nmin yung reactions ng mga Pilipino, sa personal ba ksya sa thru the screen or OmeTv. You’re branching out. Keep it up 🫡🫡

I love how supportive your girlfriend is to what you're doung ♥️♥️♥️
The way jared say opo very respectful man proud here:)🇵🇭😊
yo mever fail to put a smle in my face i love it was smiling the entire video
you're impressive. your interest in learning Tagalog made you aware of other dialects and even the expressions
Barong tagalog for men and baro't saya for women are the official national dress of the philippines. Barong tagalog may varies from different design patterns in different occasions. "Usually" for weddings barong has some flowers vines or birds in the design. For cultural events usually with cultural design. Baro't saya for women has evolved throughout the years. In modern era we typically called it filipiñana with the butterfly sleeves popularized by imelda marcos (american era).. Maria Clara dress inspired (spanish times), Kimona (japanese times)
MORE CONTENT PA LIKE THIS PLEASE JARED.. ❤️❤️❤️
wow, you've come so far from struggling to pronounce the words to an average Filipino speaker really amazes me... I watch every single one of you're vids kuya jared, Its really entertaining.

Mapagpalang Araw Po sa inyong lahat at nawa'y pagpalain Po tayo Ng ating Poong Lumikha.
Nice work! Now you just gotta head over to the Philippines lol
Galing. Namangha na naman sila. 😁
Loved this video, Jared!
I have a similar story as you regarding how you were able to learn a language that is not your ethnicity since your city has a lot of immigrants from the country of that language. Im Canadian too and my city has a lot of Iranian people so im trying to learn Farsi/Persian so i can talk with them, yet i have no Persian blood whatsoever 😂.
@twofarfromhome

It really freaks out older Iranians (pre-revolution) when an American speaks to them in modern Persian... especially when you are roughly the same age. They ALWAYS ask, "Were you CIA?" Hahaha! No... married a Persian Princess! 😂🤣❤️🇨🇦❤️🇮🇷
Nice one brother
Love it!
Mass gusto ko ung gantong trip mo jared🤣🤣🤣
at subrang galang mopa sir. saludo ako sau. at Sana mkarating kna dto SA Philippines napaka Ganda Ng mga Isla dito
I grew up in the Philippines. I think this guy uses the latest lingo that wasn’t popular back then like: jowa, and sana-all, the frequent use of ate/kuya and po/ opo (I think this was popularized by actor/actress interviews). Tropa was around but not used as frequent as he uses it.
nice Jared, keep on vloging. coz i enjoy watching. thanks
Love this! You are amazing Jared! And great that Nichole is starting to learn Tagalog too. Visit the Philippines soon.

I don’t know how you don’t get tired of these reactions and the conversations, I feel like it’s same conversation every time. I meet a Filipino and I speak some Tagalog and suddenly it’s the same ten questions and I totally get it, I don’t blame them, and of course I’m proud to speak the language, but idk. Over time the fun aspect of that wears off. I go to Seafood City or Jollibee and I just speak Tagalog and people can think whatever they want to but I’m not gonna stand there and share my life story 😂😂 anyway, Filipinos love your videos so good on you, keep going. I think it would be really cool if you did a Tagalog/Taglish podcast just interviewing Filipino Canadians, it would be educational and good immersion content for learners. 🙂

Thank you for learning our national language, but Filipinos don’t stop there. Being amazed is the first impression, that will lead to getting to know then apparently friendship. Filipinos love to embrace you even if you don’t speak our language. And if you do, the connections gets deeper. For sure Jared have a tons of Filipino friends and even I myself didn’t have a chance to meet him, he is now my friend and would love to tour him on some of the islands in my country 😊

@@aexa04 oh don't worry, I learned initially because I had a lot of Filipino friends where I was living at the time, and now I try to get involved and support community events when I can where I live now :) I was just kind of complaining about the little random interactions with strangers, which can get old.
Do more blog sa mga Pilipino dyan . Interbyuhin mo sila tungkol sa kanilang buhay sa Canada 🇵🇭🌍⭐⭐⭐

Galing ni Jared 👏
