What proud, he drenched the biryani in raita, he missed the real flavor of biryani. Fati ate it properly but disaster was she used spoon. In a proper biryani you don't even need raita or curry. The taste of the rice mixed with biryani spices shall be so good along with marinated meat or vegetables you don't need side dishes. Delhi has some great Achar biryani & they shall try Moradabadi Biryani too

Light food from Southern India is why I like it, heavy, spicy gravy type food is heavy on stomach I think, could give acid reflux more than light food.

Punjabi food in dhaba is oily if you go to good fine dining they will make it healthy or you can say to the chef in dhaba to reduce the oil. Hope he doesn't add Cheese in tadka 😂

Try Kolkata biryani. 'Oziano' is one of the good place i found in Bangalore for it.

Someday u should try biryani from some 5 star hotel. Its the most authentic one because they use real saffron as saffron is very expensive and only grown in kashmir in india. Normal restaurants can't afford it. They use essence of saffron. Most authentic Biryani has saffron. Even in iran , they use saffron right? Saffron is used in everything in iran. Biryani was introduced in india by persian mughal rulers and traders during middle ages

Biriyani needs so many spices. Where did persians & moghuls get spices from.? It's a habit with Indian wokes to grant credit to Moghuls if they are not sure of the origin of a food. Basmati rice grows only in India & Pakistan.

Visit andaman havelock island and lakshadweep island of india. Crystal clear blue water beaches. Best in india. If u ever visit goa, go to thalassa, a greek restaurant. Expensive but great food. South goa is for calmness and north goa is busy with towns and party life. Visit allappey backwater in kerala. Munnar and thekkady in kerala is also good. Similar to ooty. From kerala u can go to lakshadweep

Try vegetarian Biryani. Are there any Persian vegetarians. Although I don’t like it, food tastes much better using hand rather than spoon, because you are tasting steel, still I use a fork only. Persians seems to have same habits like Europeans, no hands used, no noise when eating, yogurt not mixed with rice, cleanliness, etc, otherwise they seem so close to Indians. Mo became 100% Indian, Mo's wife Fati is beautiful, she don’t even look like she had a child. Nice family.

What we at home is different food we dont serve all of it.
