Thing is I've been trying to go abroad for more than 20 years and could never get the opportunity to despite having more than one placement that indicates such. All you have stated in your vids have been true for me so far but the travelling abroad is the nut I can't crack. I am Gemini ascendant with Moon in my ascendant as well in Rohini. I'm also in Saturn mahadasha period. I have Saturn and Rahu in my 4th house in Virgo - Saturn at 10:17 degrees Rahu at 26:32 degrees Purvaphalguni and Uttaraphalguni respectively. This implies that Ketu is in the 10th house which is another indicator of foreign settlement. Libra Sun 24:16 Chitra - Would think that isn't really a strong placement but it has been very impactful I have Mercury, Mars, Venus retrograde and Uranus in my 6th house in Scorpio - Mercury is the strongest at 9:02 degrees - in Svati, while Mars 20:43 and Venus 22:44 are both in Visakha. I have Sagittarius in my 7th house which can suggest a foreign spouse / partner. You seem to have a strong Saturn (stronger than Rahu) and basic principle is that Saturn protects the house it is placed in. However, Sa-Ke period or Sa-Ra period might trigger a change of residence. How come Mars, Ve and Me are in 6th being in Swati and Vishakha. If you are a Gemini ascendant then they all are in 5th house. Maybe you are using bhava chalit. Your 4th and 12th lord are connected and someone prominent grahas in movable signs that indicates movement or at least an affinity towards it. I’m not sure which stage of Shani mahadasha are you in but, anterdashas that can support are Ke, Ra, Ve and Ju.

I am gemini asc, with rahu in 8th, moon in third, mars in 12th, saturn, venus and mercury in 7th, jup and ketu in second, sun in 6th, I am doing my Masters in the foreign country and looking for the ways to settle permanently. Also, I have sagittarius rising navamsa. Is there any favorable dashas for me to have to get the citizenship in here?

Definitely the 4th house and its lord are afflicted. Your 4th lord in 9th indicates satisfaction in long distance travel however, Ketu is the trouble maker 8th co-lord here exalted and might cause obstruction. The remedy might be related to Jupiter but the whole horoscope must be analysed. Moreover, you have a 2nd and 12th lord parivartan/exchange so Venus acts like Jupiter and vice versa. Jupiter’s current transit and also the upcoming ones can be favorable if dahsa is supporting.

It is indicative of a good fortune while abroad. Rahu in the 12th always gets the individual inclined towards foreign land however, just by this placement one can’t make a conclusion. Foreign settlement needs to be judged from multiple dimensions for predicting.

Sir which house is most responsible for permanent settlement 8th or 12

No wonder you’re question is coming when Saturn goes stationary in Capricorn. You can definitely go abroad if you like and mostly might be inclined to do so in this time. Lets see if after Feb-March there could be some movement.

Your chart has a strong 4-10 axis so there is lack of affliction on the 4th. There certainly is a connection between 4 and 12. Rest depends on the time period. Looka like a maybe situation from just the graha placement.
