This video and your Perfect forehand loop video makes me realize that my right knee should follow where the ball is coming to. So as i get to the right position to return the ball my right knee will line up to where the ball hits the table! "As you say, when the ball hits the table your right foot has to be there" ! (5:45) This brings me to the right position to attach properly.

Thank you so much for your videos. Many unfortunate table tennis enthusiasts want to learn this sport but unable because of lack with financial capabilities to enroll for a training with a private coach. By this, though it is not an actual coaching, at least we can have the initial insight of what to execute in practice. Again, thank you sir.

What a difference your foot movement makes in your video, I and have been of balance in many shots. Im playing players that use this foot technique that were beating me to the position. Now I know why. I seem to be learning everything in reverse. I've been playing 5 to 6 days a week 3- 5 hours a day. I wished I had your tips sooner Thank you for the tips

+Ajith S Because in practice, whether it be with a robot or a human feeding you balls, its the same shot over and over. In a game situation, all the balls come at you from different angles, spins, speeds and trajectories. Tip on how to improve your forehand during practice: Play more simulated matches. If there is a particular shot you keep missing or having lack of confidence with, focus on shots similar to that in practice.
