one of (if not) the best starting ever made. Ford just got something so right with the 4D. Rain or shine, half a turn over and away they go

I think that's why they were so successful people wanted a diesel that would start in cold weather

I subscribed this evening. Cold start video featuring a Fordson is boring. They are such good starters in all weather. Nice to see raised PTO on this tractor

A lot of people bought them because they where a good cold starting diese. That's the only raised pto I have. I'm on the hunt for one to go on the super major but they aren't very common here

@@joesgarage8372 I am in SA raised PTO was common because they were used on headers a lot. But are now hard to find here too.

Such good tractors, always dependable and looks like yours is a nice specimen, looks to be quite original.

From what I can tell it's mostly original except for the replacement engine that I fitted
