Transmission will smooth out eventually.
You said it was an XLT, but only the XLs have a key ignition. XLTs & above on the 2021+ have push-button starts.

I just purchased an XLT 300a and it does not have push button start.

Only XLT 302 equipped are push button start

You must be new to our trucks; he has a base model. Did you ever shop for trucks or get one at a buy here pay here? lol

@@ichbinfertig8578 Yeah, I have shopped for new trucks, and no, I never bought a buy here pay here because I'm a full-grown man with a real bank account. Have you ever owned a brand new 2021 Ford F150? If you haven't, I guess your comment to me was totally irrelevant.
