Actually it’s a desert based vehicle meant for dessert like terrain. Not rock crawling or going thru rivers. High speed off road in a desert. Get the bronco raptor and you’ll have a different outcome.

It’s just one of those cases.. He went with all-terrain 35s with a 4 inch lift BUT what HE needed was a 6 inch lift with MUD 37’s!! If you know, you know.

Everyone loves cracking the winch out! Looks like a win opportunity to me 😂

He’s not wrong. Our modern 4x4s are big and clunky. They’re made to sell to the “tough guys” crowd. They’re luxury wannabe trucks. Modern diesels have become great for hauling, but lets not kid ourselves the high value truck market is about a look more then being useful for work and roughing the unplanned terrains.

Longer wheelbase means better high speed on and off road, as well as an exponentially higher towing capacity. The extra row alone can add 3-5,000 lbs onto the towing capacity.

@@EAGLINWRX they don’t need to be this long. All the trophy trucks are either standard cab or supercab because they are a better setup than being an entire limousine like this. Trucks nowadays prioritize a bunch of heavy and cheap “features” and interior space over the actual performance of the vehicle. If dodge and ford wanted to make the best performance trucks they would shorten the cab and remove all the extra interior crap that they pack in these.

At the very most they could probably go on some rough dirt roads, but definitely nothing like what they're doing in the video, that's for sure. Not unless they want to bend their frame. For something like this, they'd have to heavily modify the chassis/suspension. Most vehicles don't come from the factory trail-ready, at least not from what I've seen.

I have friends who suffer from the same illness: too much money and not enough lift.

Should have got the factory light bar, would have made it no problem.

All I can say is that,if you bought any F150 including the raptor with a twin screw 24V 6 in a 6,000 lbs truck you've wasted your money, Ford shouldn't be allowed to get away with that shit.

I love V8s. However my 3.5 HO has been nothing short of extraordinary in my raptor. The lighter front end is one of many benefits.

3" lift. 37" tires. It goes right up.

That's not a raptor fail ... is the driver... 😂😂😂

I get the raptor concept but sometimes ya just need a lifted vehicle 🤷🏻‍♂️

The raptor concept is speed thru desert sand .not low speed slippery surfaces .he has the wrong truck for that

People should realize that a heavy duty 4×4 truck, namely Raptor, are meant for situations like drag strip. And muscle cars like Dodge Demon are meant for situations like the video (heavy offroad)

@@HOLAATODOS-os5te i wouldn't trust a Raptor to go over a speed bump... i'm sure its a good off road truck but i don't want to take the chance to find out, its the same with Range Rovers ppl always say they they best off road trucks and i'm sure it is but i also don't want to take the chance to find out.... the Raptor is made for posers, most of the time i see a Raptor is all kitted out with off road accessories but its always parked outside a bar, club, restaurant always clean...

@@GhostlyGhille he’s right. It’s a sports car shaped like a pick up truck. Tacomas are way nicer than raptors. The raptor in the video has no lift, stock sized tires.

The pickup didn't fail, the pilot failed....... Hahahahahaha
