One very important part, you should also reset the ECU by disconnecting the battery then reconnect once chip has been plugged in. This makes the car re-learn the driving style. I have seen the difference doing so with my old diesel car after plugging in a diesel performance tuning box. Plug it in, use the car see how you like it, then do what I said and thank me later. But make sure you drive it more aggressively.

So you wouldn't have to unhook the alarm if the battery is unhooked is that correct mate ? And is there better fuel usage with one of these cheers

Installation with velcro straps makes removal easier(if desired) and looks cleaner. I am not the biggest fan of ty-raps. Probably I have been cut too many time by them...

Please make apps for GTS and XLR compatible with Android Auto. It would be great to use it from the factories car display. And not having to use the mobile. Since then in some countries it would be illegal to operate.

Dont buy one total waste of money. Zero performance gain and caused my truck to go into limp mode in the fast lane of the motorway, which was so dangerous, had t swerve across traffic to get out ofthe way. It was at a constant crusing speed too. Dangerous product not fit for sale. Racechip refused to refund too.

I'm not a fan of this product but they do make gains, although not what's advertised, you must have an issue with your unit or your engine from your description.

100% Agree. This has happened to my Raptor and to the Raptor of a friend of mine. We had some dangerous situations. We both took the race chip out. Waste of money, expensive experience
