Ik this was 4 yrs ago loll but curious if you remember what coilovers you were on and did you have to roll fenders for wheels to fit in general or just to allow u to turn better?

I'd like to see a video on that I got some propus wheels off a volvo for super cheap and plan on putting them on here soon. Idk maybe it's not a popular or what the cool kids do but I like the look of some factory wheels they make and can't see myself paying 1000s of dollars for a logo 😉

So I've done a bit of research for my focus and I've decided on some Kansei Roku's. I'm just having trouble which size would work best. They make a 18x9 +12, 18x9.5 +22, and an 18x9.5 +38. I'm only on lowering springs and I dont want to run camber and I don't want them to stick out too much. Help🥴

It’s pretty tight, the only focuses I’ve seen with 19s are the rs. There is one in the gallery that has the persons insta that works if you wanna ask them

I’m looking at 255 35 18 Firestone fire hawk Indy 500 tires, I can stretch them over the stock 8 once wheel problem is I have coilovers with 20mm spacers and my stock tires rub on the fender lipwhich are the Eagle f1’s 235 40 18 so that’s basically a +35 mm offset with my 20mm spacers? and the stock +55 offset should I go with a 10 or 15 mm spacer to make the Indy hawks fit? I like the poke I have now I just want more meat to the ground

Unfortunately with spacers it can be a lot of trial and error and measuring. I would play it safe with the 10mm only.

That size tire fits perfectly on a 8.5" wide wheel. Fifteen52 has some awesome options that won't require a spacer and should work with your coilovers.

I’m looking at bagging my fost. But not anything soon. Can I get a set a 18 x 8.5 + 30 on stock ride height for now until I’m ready to bag? And what range of tire sizes could I run? Serious inquiry. I would check the fitment industries gallery

245/45 R18 works great on this car with no additional mods if you truly are into performance and the ST gang type stuff ( highly recommended because of how much torque this car has) Dare I say maybe 255/55 R18.?.?.!? Idk if it may need aftermarket suspension, aftermarket rims, rolled fenders and wheel-hub/ spacers for fitment?? I think some simple spacers might do the trick. I will try, wish me luck guys.

Saw that Valley Vrew Racing Cameo. Go give them some luv and a sub. Good people who have really good videos.

Factory 19 black is a hard ride but never looks dirty..so that’s the max I’d put on as it’s not a racing car it’s meant to move humans in non race circumstances so I want more than a rubber band on the wheels…maybe I’m grown up or just sensible but why get bigger bigger more uncomfortable & if you get bigger than standard the speedo or initial torque is effected trying to move bigger wheels slows the car….unless it’s got 430 torque 280hp like mine but still it just makes it uncomfortable…

Ive been running 18x9 +35 RPF1's for years on my 2016 Focus ST (had a separate set of 17x8's to race on the track). On H&R lowering springs they've been perfectly flush and had minor rub on big dips. I run a 255/35/18 and I've often wondered if since the 18x9 is not common, if i went with an 18x9.5 what my offset would need to be to remain flush and keep a clean, 255/265 width. I also have the larger Brembo RS brakes. I find it annoying trying to find wheels I like then having to call just to see if i can get a custom drilled bolt pattern. F you Ford..F you. 😅

Most of these "stanced" cars look ridiculous. Why take everything the Focus ST is good at and ruin it? a 9.5" wheel should have at least a 275 tire. I'm running 18x8.5" Tarmacs with 255/35 Potenza Sports. The fitment is perfect and the wider rubber enhance the already great handling.
