If you don’t put the wiring loom through the boot and don’t plug them into each other do the indicators still work (without the sweeping) or do they not work at all?

Hi Scott, this is not something we have tried. we have only installed these as a complete kit.

i have a 2020 ST with the LED package from ford, can i still swap these on the backside?

Hi. many thanks for reaching to us regarding this. This is a new product that we have sold a lot of, I am not sure if these will work with LED package. From what i gather the plugs are the same LED or not. We are very keen to find out. once i can conform i will update you.

My Mk8 only has lights on the body apart from the reversing light. Will I have to run wires from the tail lights to the boot mounted lights?

they should unplug easy yes.

and what if the led burn? you have to buy another pair? :))))

These are extremely high quality and have been tested with a zero fail fate. if for any reason they do fail they are covered under a 12mth warranty.
