Holy crap I never realized how hot ford trans get. My Lml duramax trans would have been like 160 on that grade with 17k. Is that normal for a ford?
Yes. My F-350 runs around 200 degrees at highway speeds.

how much miles do you get for the gallon with the straigh pipe and hualing
I average about 12 mpg when towing weight like this. But I dont do long distance highway driving.
