I've had 12 trucks since I started driving over 40 years ago and the 1993 F-250 Supercab XLT was my favorite of them all. The captain seats were the best and the carpets were plush. I later had a 2001 F-250 XLT Crew Cab and the captain seats were crap (too narrow in the ass) and the carpet was as thin as a crepe, peeling paint, etc.

Actually, the Glow Plugs become a issue depending on how cold the climate is,most Diesel Engines can start to struggle if it is below 42°F,but that is what Block Heaters are made for.Now if it has been sitting for a long time, and I mean a very long time, then instantly just starting it away is a bad idea because they can become Runaways. If it has been properly proceeded and then used here and there, without including a colder climate, they can go at ease. But still,I always let my trucks Idle for a bit because I do not want to damage anything,at the very least, have it go into a Runaway.

1:20 Say what? The front of the Super Duty over the last several years is literally a wall of chrome with the exception of a few trim packages that toned it down a bit. I still see your point, but I think it's better aimed at SUVs or smaller trucks. Also, the inserts on that grille were painted a matte charcoal grey color from the factory, they weren't completely chrome. Nitpicking aside, I liked the review. Always nice to see one of these in such great shape over the years considering the rust problems they typically have.

Adding a nit or two -- I bought my 96 Crew Cab new, and was told if I wanted a long bid I had to order an F-350. Same with the dual rear axle. Rule of the day was 250 = short bed, 350 = long bed. If that's not the case, the dealer wasn't able to order otherwise. All said, the 350 came with the solid Dana 60 front, axle, and one more leaf spring in the rear (and had the long bed and dually option.. With that 7.3 being used in bigger trucks and buses, etc., this was the lightest vehicle that you could buy with the 7.3L.
