Impressions/observations during the test drive:
The overall interior and exterior design of the 6th generation Bronco has a rugged off-road capable truck vibe because that is what the Bronco is. Most of this vibe is from its 35-inch tires, wide fenders, boxy shape, and overall design. It should also be noted that the roof and door panels on this one are removable just like its competitor. This gives the Bronco more off-roady feels. In the cabin, the materials used are both quality and durable, which is good for this truck. It also has good technology such as a 360-degree camera with good quality.
The twin-turbo V6 of this car sounds very good and makes more than enough power and torque for some driving fun. Its subjectively preferable over a 4-cylinder engine like in one of its competition. The transmission in this one shifts smoothly in automatic mode. On the other hand, in manual mode it has some delay but not in a way that makes it unusable because it is still quite good. Although in manual mode, it won't upshift automatically even when in redline which is helpful for situations when one must really be in a low gear and adds to the driving engagement. Its accelerator and brake pedals respond well to driver inputs. The steering has considerable weight and feel on it which is nice. The chassis provides for a stable ride even when driving a bit quicker, since its track is wider. Its HOSS (High-Performance Off-Road Stability Suspension) with Bilstein position-sensitive shock absorbers and chassis both give the occupants a smooth and comfortable ride. Regardless of its 35-inch tires and removable panels, there is not much outside noise coming in to the cabin. The Bronco has different drive modes [Ford Bronco™ G.O.A.T. Modes™ (Goes Over Any Type of Terrain)] - normal, eco, sport, slippery, mud/ruts, and sand.
