FORD 5610 Startup after 5 years of sitting

This Ford 5610 Tractor was sitting in my neighbors lean to shed for about 5 years he tried to get it going and it wouldn’t even crank it was sitting semi exposed to the weather with no muffler on it so it did get some water in it but we turned it over by hand and got it cleared out the fuel didn’t even have the smell of diesel and it was all gelled up so tank was drained and cleaned and as you can see it took a little bit of coaxing but we got her going my brother and I love these resurrection projects bringing old machines back to life thanks for watching

    I own the same one but the tachometer doesnt work, do you known how i can fix it?

    I ended up selling the tractor a few months ago I'm pretty sure they have a cable driven tach

    Awesome video. I have the same tractor. Does that have the thermostart hooked up by chance? My tractor has the thermostart installed and the proper key switch but does not have a fuel line hooked to the end of the thermostart to make it operational. I would love to get this hooked up but not sure how to do it. Any help appreciated.
