Ferron is top 5 car youtubers for me, love his attitude. Watched him break in D1NZ and he was like well now we get to get on the beers early lol. He has only gotten bigger and better since!

Love the build breakdown. Not a lot of Barras in these parts but the Hotrod Garage guys(Tony and Lucky) did a special on how the GM Vortec 4200 is very similar, cheaper and a lot easier to find.

Build break downs are awesome. A lot of the times I learn something about a car that isn't very common. Keep the channel up bud. A lot of people like watching your videos

The in car shots are cool but some drone shots from above during the ride would definitely bring them to another level

I'm going to have to start looking again for a Barra engine. The only ones I've seen were non-turbo here near PA when I looked last year. That thing is sweet!

A couple years ago there was a company importing barras to the states. A lot of Australians cracked it because these motors arnt made anymore and they didn’t want them getting sent off shore. Not sure if they still importing them to the states but last time I saw info about it there was 20-30 engines on pallets sitting in a us warehouse. DART engines have created a billet Barra you can now buy and have the potential to push 3000hp

Barras are sweet. I just learned about people building the inline 6 that come in trailblazers I guess? During sick summer, the drag and drive event that just happened, there was a dad and son duo they both had the GM inline 6 both with turbos. They said they come out of the trailblazer? They both said that they are great engines and extremely slept on. I'd like to see someone do a build with one of those engines. Learning more about them would be great. I'd be all over a GM turbo inline 6 if there's a good amount of aftermarket support.

@ctlife5566 yeah. I was sad to see that thing just sitting on top of a container roasting away. I understand why though. It had the weakest turbo Lima engine, for no better reason than to not compete against the SVO and turbo chicken. The T9 trans sucks, and a T5 or T56 swap takes some body work since the shifter sits further towards the firewall. The suspension sucks, the bolt pattern, the brakes suck. I can see why he would stick to VWs and stay away from that Ford. I on the other hand, have no such good sense. So I need a Barra!

Sick video, sick build, need more camera angles during the ride along. The interior view only is not as exciting as like a hood view and some exterior shots mixed in so we can see the drifting.

I'm not much of a fan of wagons and definitely not into drift wagons. But this wagon is sick af. Dude killed it with that build. Only thing is change would be a more subtle livery. Not a fan of those big, wild font, liveries. I like super simple liveries if not having no livery at all. I love twerk stallion with just paint.
