My understanding you can use the for scan program to program them also and you can upgrade to the newer 2012+ one piece key/transponder.

I haven’t heard of that program, but the programmer that came with my keys worked great. My only complaint is that the panic button on my new keys is too easy to press.

I tried this and mine wouldn't do the lock and unlock to add another key... Any other suggestions? Also where did you get your keys.

Unlocking the doors, keeping my foot off the brake pedal, and cycling the key eight times worked for me. My truck did not originally have remotes, so I was glad it worked.
