I feel so related to this. I go to college and I can’t even speak a word to any of my classmates. I don’t know how to speak with people, I literally have never started a conversation with anyone ever, and every social interaction makes me so nervous I feel like I’m going to throw up. So now that you have done this first step I really want to embrace you to keep doing it. And I think we can help you out a little. You could upload a weekly video with all the things that you did outside during the week. That way you would have a commitment to your viewers. I really hope you can do it and get over yourself because I totally know how it feels like not wanting to leave the house

i promise you one day it will be your worst nightmare.i legit did that for 5 years, i got in depression, and develop an phobia of outside, everyday is battle now and i don't even talk for my health .Even for kennedy, people confuse way too much be introverted and be in depression(hides really well). anyway hope everyone who has this problem to heal themselves and lives their best lives one day !
